I just randomly decided to watch a video on my vehicle! Important thing, though. I think it's in the September 2023 update, but the "Search Settings for..." voice command is helpful for the new car owner. Don't ever dig through the menus. Had an oil change? "Search Settings for oil" and reset the counter. Want to switch to the cube display? "Search Settings for Cube". So much easier & faster
On the SEL trims no-longer having Homelink on the rear view mirror (they used to), I just recently bought a 2023 Tucson Hybrid SEL and I just had them add the Homelink rear view mirror after buying the vehicle... really stupid for Hyundai trying to use such a simple feature as an upsale to Limited trims, so I just added the Homelink mirror after I bought my Tucson.
Waiting on the dealer to deliver me my 2023 Hyundai Santa Fe SEL Premium. From what I am reading, it's a great option. Just wish they could have given the SEL Premium the 1.5 Turbo. I am coming from a 2016 Mazda CX5.
@@zeffanayahyisrael8428 damn! I’m so late. I didn’t even know that you responded to me. I absolutely positively love it. I was a little bit hesitant because of the all-wheel-drive. Because I used to have the SEL version without all wheel drive, but I got total in a car accident because some kid hit me. But I absolutely do love this vehicle. I’m so sorry I replied so damn late.
Too bad there aren't more than one package option for the SEL. I mean $4k is a bit steep IMO. Does it improve the car in any significant way or is it just bells and whistles? I should think the SEL is pretty reliable without it. Yes? Also, I really like @5:50 quite a bit.
It includes a lot of features for $4k instead of just a bunch of cosmetic stuff. If you like the upgraded digital cluster, you have to get the SEL Premium or higher. The Hybrid Blue trim does come standard with the digital cluster but it doesn't have the surround view monitor.
@@CarsMadeSimple Actually, I just put a deposit down on a certified one... slightly used. Under 3K miles. Turbo would've been nice, but the price is shocking on what I'm getting. I had to move fast.
I have a question for you! Do you notice your rear seats shaking and vibrating under normal driving conditions with your new Santa Fe? I have a 2022 Santa Fe SEL Premium and noticed this issue about a week into driving it.
@@antonioj.castaneda7377 I'm in a 2015 Sonata and have been checking out SUVs to purchase within the next few months. I like the 2020 Santa Fe my brother drives. I asked him about it and he said that's not an issue he's noticed. It might be a thing in the 2022 models. Hopefully, there's something that can be done because that sounds annoying as heck. I'm going to check for that whenever I get around to test driving.
I had a 2022.. I loved it, it was beautiful inside and out however... It is a dog to drive. And when you need to step on it the MPG's are terrible! I averaged 23 mpg and I drive very modest. Hyundai needs to step it up.
so I have a 2003 Hyundai santa fe premium package I noticed that when i back up and get close to an item that the car does not beep do I have to set that up? or is it not part of the vehicle.?
Beeping or not Beeping is part of the "Parking sensors" feature. Depends on whether or not they are included with your vehicle trim and whether or not Hyundai removed them as part of the "chip shortage" issue. I had a 2018 Tucson SEL that had Parking sensors that beeped if I got too close... I traded it in for a 2023 Tucson SEL... you'd think the 2023 would have the same or more/better features... nope... no Parking sensors in the 2023 Tucson SEL. You need to go Limited Trim to get them now.

Thanks Frank! You as well!

@@wolfshanze5980is it just on the rear only for 2018?
Thier is center diff for santafe even top model. Center lock is just for clutch.
All AWD models have this function to send power 50/50 front and rear.
