Buen trabajo

Hello, the coil is energized the whole 360 degrees. For a complete rotation, the current has to change direction four times.
      1. Magnet is drawn to the center of the coil.
      2. Magnet is pushed out of the coil.
      3. Magnet is pulled back to the middle.
      4. Magnet is ejected on the other side.
At minute 5.27 in the video you can see what I mean.

I also have 4 feed points. 2x plus and 2x minus. Is that what you mean? In the dead points, the power supply is interrupted for a short time.
The position of the piston to the coil and eccentric must be quite precisely matched.
The current collectors get very warm. This was a problem with me as it melted my PLA parts. A better solution would be good here.

Gracias

Nice build, does it have decent torque? I wonder how difficult it would be to make a solid state 4 stroke driver. All of your designs are top notch.

The torque is very dependent on the current. Unfortunately my power supply can only handle 5A.
With reed switch and solid state relaly it could work. That is a great idea. Is that what you mean?
I've been following your channel for a while. Your last motor video is well received I see. Over 3000 views in a month. Cool part. I like it very much.

Very cool. How many turns of what gauge wire did you use? Did it get hot?
    Thanks for the project!

I used a 0.8mm wire. Unfortunately I didn't count the turns. I just wound the coil full. The coil has an ohmic resistance of about 1 Ohm.

@@FraensEngineering thanks! The resistance is really what I needed anyway. Cheers!
