I live in this area it's pretty nice. One thing to note the developer of Village on the Parkway decided to boot out the clothing retailers, however everything else us accurate

LA prices
Addison is so overpriced and awful walkability for how dense the restaurants are. If you can’t find a place near Addison circle then don’t bother here honestly.
@@thecoolreviewas someone currently living in CA…these are northern CA rural college community prices.
Addison is overrated to me. If you’re a native or been here at least a couple of years , those places at village pkwy are mid. Sidecar social, the food is terrible , besides the wings. The same goes for Stirr, and Gloria’s. Overall Addison is a nice area, but I wouldn’t say it’s the best for singles. Go uptown or downtown
