Yay! Fame at last! Yup, ours was bluddy lush too, Andy🤤. Only real diffs were, as I said, pork/beef mince mix, half bottle of red and I thought "moussaka" and put a layer of spuds on the bottom too. £2 a head here, too👍. Keith Floyd? Legend, mate. RIP Keith🥀

I grew up watching Floyd in the 80s and 90s, dunno how much of the cooking rubbed off but I do love wine now 🤣

Hi when you peal the potatoes keep the pealings spray with oil and put them in the air frier make good crisp enjoy

when you have cooked the meat and the veg i would drain all the fat away
then add the tomato puree , garlic, etc
then the rest i think if you had drained the oil it would have come out more solid like a square serving , but still tastes nice im guessing

I know what you are saying, but I was after a more wetter texture to it, so all the meat juices and cheese come together, but yes I get your point if you want it drier, it was good though 👍🏻
