    Actually got me to do 100 Push-Ups! Kinda staggered at the end took the last 30 at 10 a set, but got it done in under 6 minutes, Didn't give up! Haven't done that since last year!

      If you do it correctly. If you focus on certain parts of the push up like the top half of the push-up and bottom half of the push-up. It takes a lot of time though. Just test every single week or 2 weeks on how many push-ups you can do in a row and try to add a few more pushups every time until you reach 100 push-ups.

    You could also break them down as well smaller set portions so 100 doesn't seem as Overwhelming like 20 40 60 80 100 = 5 sets of 20 reps or you can go by 30s as well 30 60 90 120 = 4 sets of 30 reps 😎

      Yes you are correct. There are many ways to reach 100 push ups and to break them up in sets can be beneficial as well. Doing 100 in a row was a personal challenge. It's a challenge of your strength, stamina and mental toughness. It's not for everyone though..... Thanks for watching and commenting !

    If you wanna build muscle with pushups also you can Add weight 💪 throw it on ur back in a book bag or backpack or wear a weighted vest and try different variations

      Thanks . The method I use is to make small progress everyday. Everyday add one or two reps to your max until you reach 100. 💪🏾

    They are not done correctly; keep hands near body slightly bellow shoulders, look forward, tap the ground with your chin, don't stop when locking out.

      @@supersonik76 Thanks . It took me about a month to do . My max was 55 when I started and I just added 2 reps every single day . I worked on it 6 days out of the week and took one rest day . One thing that really helped me was controlling my breathing. It wasn’t easy but I’m glad it inspired people . Keep Pushing!! 💪🏾😎🙏🏾

      Honestly, I did rest one day out of the week during this challenge . I don’t think I mentioned that in the video. Rest days are very important.

    I can't go any higher than 60 reps. No matter how hard i try. I go to failure all the time. I do this for reps. For years. Just give up. It's all about your genetics.

      Doing a lot of pushups is also about endurance . Try to focus on controlling your breathing next time. This may help you get more reps. Never quit keep pushing !
