HOW TO PUT IN VELCRO ROLLERS

How I put in velcro rollers 💖
First, I apply a volume foam to create lift and hold. Then I use the Dyson Airwrap to rough dry my hair until it’s mostly dry. Next, I section all of my hair in order to keep things nice and clean. Four sections works great for me, but this will vary based on the amount of hair you have.
Focusing on the mohawk section first, I round brush each section and then begin rolling. I like to hold my sections high and roll them in this position for the most volume.
For the rest of my hair I use the large barrel attachment. Once my section is hot, I place the roller under my section about an inch from my ends. I flip the ends around the roller and gently roll it up. Then, I use a duckbill clip to hold the roller in place.
I continue this process around my head on multiple layers.
Once I’m finished, I spray with texture spray and allow the rollers to cool for a minimum of 15 to 20 minutes.
Obsessed with all the volume and body it creates!
Notes:
You can use whatever curling device works for you whether that’s the Airwrap, a wand, a curling iron, or straightener.

Really liked how you sectioned ur hair. Thats wat I struggled with while learning, ESPECIALLY the "mohawk" area. I'd think I parted & sectioned off 3 pieces of my hair perfectly and evenly but somehow it never was 😅 But I think ur method may help me😁🤞 LOVE ur end results tho! 👍

Ive been doing for years. But I dont have an airwrap... so I use my flat iron or curling iron, then velcro roller and let it cool. However, i do think the airwrap will be less damage but the iron seems to last longer. You can also use a round brush dryers like the Revlon or DryBar.
Another tip: whenever im home or when sleeping i keep the top parts in the rollers. This way my bangs dont get greasy from all my skicare, serums, sunsreen, makeup etc. Also if ur hair is frizzy or tangles easily, you can put some tissue between each roller sk they dont get stuck and cause friction, tangles, damgae etc.

I have to say .I fell for the less damage BS.I Love my Dyson airwrap. I dont Love my frizzy hair.I use heat protector spray.It doesn't seem to help.ive always had frizzy hair.Its slightly worse after getting a Dyson airwrap 6 months ago .I use it 3x a week.

You can put the Velcro roller over the Dyson and that rolls the hair up neatly and tightly!

@@alyssalayman7303 yeah! Stick the hair on the curler, then the Dyson inside and then it kinda WHOOSHES it all onto the curler. Give it a try, I’ve been delighted at the results!

it may be because u have thick hair, try using a detangler after u shower and detangle your hair properly, then the hair would be smooth and not get tangled

I put a tissue between each roller.. the tangling mostly hapoens when u take it out. You have to roll it out if that makes sense. Dont just pull it out.

I use a curling iron and then wrap them in rollers. Lasts longer. I wash every 7 days but usually wear a pony for the last two.
