'ป่ะ' is an informal word to say "Let's go!" to someone informally....It can also mean "?" or "Right?" or just to ask for affirmation! And it has nothing to do with 'papa' 'dad' or 'father' Just because it's got similar pronunciation to the English word doesn't make it English word, cause it's Thai word! and it barely the same meaning to the English ones. Do not mislead the information, thanks!
