Do you can find it everywhere, specially at rual places where people do not speak English language. I self can't read Thai language so this signs are more helpful so I can start to speak with them. Mostly they use wrong letter, e.g. s and not r as in "reduce speed". It is often before manual police controls where they stop you as foreigner.
