hey add sort option on models on your website so we can chose ex. from oldest, from newest
perfect video! only thing you forgot is filament setting Overrides - do we need retraction ? how much ? Z hop ? I\m talking about black color
I didn’t forget it because I didn’t change any of that. Everything I change is in the video. 👍
Do any of your videos show how you add the "cheat layer" of white?
No, I don't have a video on doing that yet. Might need to make one.
@@Shurdle3D yes cus im trying to paint it
Where do I get the contact information for John?
You can join the discord or join the Multi-Color Facebook group. Discord link is in the top right corner of the homepage on my site. shurdle.com
IN THE BLACK COLOR AUXILIARY PART COOLING FAN THE SAME STING ? = 0
yes, I use 0 Aux fan on all profiles for Light Boxes
@@Shurdle3D You are a king
thank you very much for the quick answer
I'm just printing with your settings, I hope for a good result
as long as it's generic filament, should be good to go. Like I said in the video, faster printing filaments aren't the best with these exact settings. @@OAKNIN
Thank you
I finished printing with your settings
I got the best result I got so far
almost perfect@@Shurdle3D
It's not as simple as simple settings. My biggest change I use is ironing. You can select it and the options, then zoom in after you slice it and look at the everything. You are not going to get rid of the pin holes unless you change multiple settings.
Not sure if you’re trolling or just didn’t watch more than 5 mins of the video.
I saw the video, wasn't trolling and only made a comment. I like your videos and it's how I have learned ed to make light boxes. You did say at the beginning you wanted it to be simple settings even for new users, but it's not! That's all I was saying.
@@Shurdle3D You can change your retraction for the Black filament also to help with wisps. There is other settings I found that help. Like I said the biggest is the only way to get rid of 99% of the pin holes is to turn on ironing. My first prints I did ironing on all layers, but after I dd some tuning I just did ironing on last layer. It will add time, but it's worth the quality. Try it you will like it!
messing with retraction introduces other print issues such as tiny little blobsrather than wisps, ironing adds WAY too much time than most people care to print and my settings in the video do fill pinholes. I've printed TONs of light boxes and made around 500 light boxes to date for people that use my print profile and they send me pics of them printed. This is why I know that the settings mentioned in the video work. @@kevinroach9380
@Shurdle3D It's all good, man. Seems you're getting the know it all attitude! Chill, my brother, were here to help all! I will do what works for me, and I know yours is not going to work for me. I have spent hours playing with settings. There is one setting no one mentions and fuck it I am not telling you with your attitude.
