The Selections portayed could have been more Engaging and SO SO DARK... Have found that COWBOY JUNKIES "Uplifting Tunes" are TRULY SPECIAL, particularly if THIS is One's FIRST INTRODUCTION to Michael Timmins' Songwriting and the Band's LIVE Performances. Was für ein geiles Konzert. Und was für ein irrer Sound. Welcher Irre hat das abgemischt? Ich hab's bisher nur gehört, immer Angst wenn Mal einer Draufhaut wird's schlecht für die Ohren. Muß es Mal am Schirm mit KH hören, dann weiß ich mehr. Soooo ein Bass, und trotzdem in den Höhen durchhörbar wie ne eins, einfach toll.

I've been in love with Margot's voice since I first heard her on The Trinity Sessions. Loved the entire band ever since.
36 years and I still get the chills when she sings the waterfall. Every gd time! hahaha

Haunting. Brilliant. Strong. Often that bit disturbing and sometimes sad, telling it like it is. The Cowboy Junkies. Perfect band.
Margot's voice gives me shivers! so much range, so much tonality and sadness, smooth, harsh, sad, angry...poetry.
