After a certain point I’d even say it’s psychological and/or physical torture. I’ll never understand why it’s not treated as the criminal matter that it is.
Bullying should be considered a crime. Not until parents create a system within the school to ensure that schools have a no bullying policy in place with serious repercussions will this ever stop.
“Social media made y’all way too comfortable disrespecting people, and not getting punched in the face for it” -Mike Tyson These kids really need to be charged with hate crimes, especially after continuing to mock after her death. I took them by the collar (I'm a tall woman!) and told them to leave my son alone in future, or that I'd be back with the cops. My son had no further problem with these creeps. How does a person get into trouble for being bullied? Let's take me for example. When I was being bullied, I fought back. The Bully got in trouble, but as for me, I got suspended for defending myself against the attacker. For some reason the Bully always wins.

Parents please stop sending your kids to these schools, no one is gonna protect YOUR child like you. I stopped sending my kid to a dangerous school and was even threatened by the principal but I didn't care he never stepped foot in that place again.
*Why sending her to school as parent's when you know what she is going trough?* *The parent's of those evil 12 year old's should also be held accountable for the murder!!!*
Its very difficult for parents who work full-time to remove children from school, especially if the child is not old enough to be home alone. Im sure these parents wish they had pulled her from school...no school is better than being bullied at school.
It's not the school that makes anyone suffer, it's other kids and they also didn't do it in school, they did it on social media. The school may not handle that situation well but the school is also not responsible for what children do in their free time or on social media. As long as the children have not broken an rules while being at school, it's actually not the school's business. If you cannot take actions against those other kids or their parents, that's a legal loophole and the state has failed on you; it has failed to protect you and your family by not making laws required to provide that level of protection.
Sounds like the parents weren't very engaged. They always play victim for the media when they arrive. They didn't try to homeschool, they didn't change schools, and they didn't try to get her off social media.

After a certain point I’d even say it’s psychological and/or physical torture. I’ll never understand why it’s not treated as the criminal matter that it is.
Bullying should be considered a crime. Not until parents create a system within the school to ensure that schools have a no bullying policy in place with serious repercussions will this ever stop.

they should have taken her out of school. clearly the school system wasn't willing to stop the bullying, that's when you should take them out of the system completely. Home school isn't always easy, but sometimes it's required.
The people making comments about her after she was dead need to be expelled. That is legitimately disgusting behaviour that shouldn't go unpunished.
they shouldn’t be expelled, they should go to like juvenile hall or be on house arrest and have charges put on them
Yes! Why is everyone, even children, allowed to harass and terrorize with impunity? If the parents won’t enact consequences, then the law or school policies should. It’s not freedom of speech; it’s terrorism and harassment.

Those children need to be held accountable and disciplined. This also needs to be extended to the school, who’ve done absolutely nothing about this.
The kids need to be taught by their parents to not bully in the first place. If a kid is a bully it’s cus they learned it from their parents or whoever is raising them usually. Kids aren’t just randomly born evil.
Sue the school. They denied the removal to another school. This breaks my heart and it's freaking pathetic.
i would left and start my life in another country if it was my case
@@RichardPinewood Me too.
Then they can buy her a new iife with the money they win.
And people say "bring back bullying"...horrendous.
They mean to only bully the dumb kids so they can be different and better ig..
Yup I hate tiktok a bunch of bums with corny humor
@@Wingstopranchsuper it’s not just tiktok
@valborg-5474found the bully
Why do people say this?
it's the fact that the bullies were glad she was unalive. hell is too good for them because that is just disgusting.
I’m so sorry for your loss. This is horrific. Keep fighting. The bullying must stop.
So evil. Where do children learn such hateful behaviour.? Your daughter was a lovely girl, talented, loving, and I'm so sorry this happened to you. The parents of the bullies needed to be contacted by the school.
When students bully other students, teachers never care. The moment the student that is being bullied tries to retaliate, they always get in trouble.
When I was in 4th grade my teacher also bullied me!
@@crystalkauffman3322 Same here in 5th grade
@@crystalkauffman3322same in 7th grade, my teacher would yell at me all the time for no reason and I would cry, and one time I even got in trouble for crying
RIP sweet little angel. She didn’t deserve to get bullied and if she was still alive, I would 100% be friends with her and try to comfort her as much as possible.
No child should never go through this and no parent shouldn't have to go through this finding their child go through a suicide This child someone else's child
Lost my children, 2 boys, one to leukemia, his big bro in an auto crash. Both tore me apart. When my eldest died, my belief in God did, too. Losing a child to suicide has to be worse. RIP Flora♡
I'm sorry for your loss it doesn't matter how a child died any child death is sad.😢😢
i’m so sorry for your loss. i hope you’re doing okay ❤
That's absolutely horrific, I am so sorry for your loss. There's no better or worse way to lose a child, the pain is the same. And the losing your belief in a God makes sense, you're not alone in that, mine also died when I lost someone I loved who took his own life. I find healing in trying to help other adolescents at risk of s*icide. Some people want to do something totally different, even just painting or something. I hope you find healing and peace somewhere, somehow.

Every administrator and teacher and principal and vice principal need to be put in jail!!!!! This scenario is unacceptable!!!!!!!
Blame the parents and children themselves.
Amen!!!! They were the TRUE bullies!!!
@@sdilluminatigrandfounder3807 Them too, if course! But the others, who were supposed to do something about it and fix it didn't.
Not jail, prison
@@sdilluminatigrandfounder3807 One question? What if it was your child that was the bully and you did not know they were bullying somebody. Would you think that way now. Parents has to go to work to support their children and parents don't know what happens at school. I say if a child go to the principal or teachers and they don't do anything about the bulling put the teachers and principal in jail.
Kids can be the worst bullies. They grow up to be adult bullies. Bullies have a special place in hell.
And they learn it at home!!!
@@bonnienelson7373my belief
@@bonnienelson7373 I learned it by being bullied. I turned it around and became far more vicious than them.
Life isnt so simple.
@@JarthenGreenmeadow I hear you + I'm sorry you had to deal with bullies. I was bullied too but 50 years ago it wasn't as vicious as it is today plus there was no social media. Still hurt pretty bad + I taught my kids how to be kind + to stand up for kids who were being bullied. 🙂
@@JarthenGreenmeadowDid you bully people who didn’t bully you though?
I was bullied in high school by multiple people. Some were more regular bullies. The teacher saw it and did nothing. She even supported the bullies more than me. Our society just doesn’t care enough about people and blames victims. I’m an adult now but don’t trust anyone because of the past and bullies like these.
i think its becoming way obvious to keep your kids away from these devices. an old flip phone still does everything u need it to
I blame it on spoilt kid.
And the principal of course
Agreed. If I have kids they won’t have smart phones until they’re older.
@@LeahTargaryendamned kids these days with modern technology, back in my day we had to use numbers for letters
If only these kids were raised right perhaps they’d know how to use a phone properly and be more trusted
I was bullied in school by one person daily until I fought back catching him by surprise. This is they only way to stop a bully.
If it's just one guy, maybe. If it's a group, then I wouldn't recommend resorting to violence. Better to find other ways to deal with it that doesn't get you into trouble as well. It's not always easy or even possible, though. But I must say, I was always ready to fight back my bullies too. It just never got that far and for whatever reason, they just gave up. Like they could read my mind and not push me any further. Because I was more than ready to fight and it wouldn't have been a pretty sight. They must have sensed it somehow. But it wasn't that serious to begin with and I just dealt with it. Very light compared to what I witnessed with others. Not the same bullies, though.
My daughter was bullied in fifth grade and switched to internet academy; it was a good choice for her. I'm grateful we have those options nowadays.
Me too! I intended for my daughter to graduate from the high school my older kids did, but times have changed and I now home school.
Not in a cruel intention, but how does she socialize with her peers?
@@saturnlights5239 she has clubs and sports at the brick and mortar
So very sorry for your tragedy. Praying for you!! 😢.
This is a complete shame. People need to be put in jail, and actions need to be made with these bullies.
