From my experience, it’s a bad idea to move in with someone you know who can’t pay their bills. If you know this before moving in with them, immediately tell them, “No.” if they want you to move in with them. This almost happened to me half a lifetime ago, but I was wise enough to tell people who I thought were my friends I wouldn’t move in with them. They had broken a lease agreement and later were served with an eviction notice, and if I would have moved in with them, that would have made it impossible for me to find a decent apartment because most landlords will not rent an apartment to you if you have a bad track record like that.

that lady who has the unwanted squatter can take her to court and get a eviction notice or unfortunately she might have to move I have squatters pain in the butt 😡😡🤬🙁
It days in the video she did take her to court but because this was during covid she couldn’t evict her.
@@mitytnavn I feel sorry for the lady that has to put up with this squatter if it’s a rental property maybe she can talk to the landlord to get the squatter evicted 😡🤬🤬😕
@@mitytnavn i lived with 3 people in a 4 bedroom house during the pandemic and they drove me insane, I can't imagine what that lady went through in a tiny apartment
I had to take a PPO out on my roommate in order for them to get evicted. Sad it had to come to that but was glad to finally have them out! That was here in Michigan back in 2013... im not sure if it works like that in other states?
The story about Danielle is heartbreaking. I hope she's still getting better. Poor Danielle 😢
I work for an apartment complex and the best advice I can give people is CHOOSE YOUR ROOMMATES WISELY. Double triple background check them.
This is why I still live at home 😂
😢
Good for you!! 👏 "Stay safe!!!🙏
There is no lead in a pencil... graphite it's graphite....
i needed this vid lol thought my roommate was bad but not like these .. dont help your friends out it never ends good
“There is nothing racial about this.”
Um…why would she feel the need to call her “Jamaican Barbie” if it wasn’t about race. If it wasn’t about race, why would she use a racial adjective in her post?
Living by yourself is NOT a bad thing!
This was a hate crime and she tried to kill her she poisoned her She poisoned her property that goes inside her mouth what a disgusting woman
"What's wrong dude? Talk to me!" 😂😂😂😂
Poor tarantula
This story is about a spoiled brat finally getting a reality check. Ouch!
Great video!!!
Bro the girl spitting in that poor girl’s coconut oil and the toothbrush is a giant dirtbag
Ive never trusred craigslist back then and i never will still to this day
that last 1 reminded me of Gypsy Rose.. & i totally felt the emotion, from the girl waking up outta that coma.. (i've been in a coma myself, for 4 months, when i was 8, & i fell outta that tree around the corner from my house.. 🌰🌳🐿)
My ex flatmate used to get angry with less than a week’s notice of a bath occurring, constantly left clumps of pubic hair all over the bathroom, would drop used tissues wherever he was standing when he finished using them, and would walk around naked holding a broadsword ^^’ I live alone now
If someone ever had the dumb idea to squat in my house, you’re living with the worst person ever then 😂
“There was nothing racial that motivated this…” So did the world just daydream that Jamaican Barbie post then?
😂 yes this country has become a joke
Jamaica is a country, so being Jamaican is a Nationality not racial
Caribbean -American female here
Tired of the race business in this country
How about the actual hate crime where the guy nearly killed the girl?
@@jmz2144 just out of curiosity, what do you think a hate crime is?
I only feel sad for the poor tarantula
I mean she called her a jamacain Barbie it’s def a race hate
My brother is my room mate and isn't a psycho. He could clean up more but wouldn't have to worry about having stuff stolen and not paying his share of rent
“It’s just a prank bro”
$22,000 a month? RIDICULOUS!!😬
I feel bad for the people who have to live with these roommates. Im very thankful Im not in this situation. Hope everyone is having a great day. 😊👋
"Jamaican Barbie" 😂😂
to the beautiful girl 5:14 you're SO special just wanted you to know!!! glad you survived!!! I wish you everything good!❤😘
BYRON LOOKS CRAZY
Glad she recovered ❤❤❤
Bad People Should Be In Jail
It was definitely racially motivated bc she clearly said “Jamaican Barbie” like let’s be real
There was nothing racial that motivated this??? Do they call everyone Jamaican Barbie over there?
The explosion marker color job is jaw dropping
why bro acting like this is minecraft
He isn't. That's not funny.
I knew a college girl whose roommates put bleach in her shampoo and conditioner. The victim had a hard time getting moved to a different dorm, and her roommates received a warning and graduated on time. smh
Wow. This is why these things need to be reported to the city police and not the university.
Um she said Jamaican Barbie. What more proof do you want? There was no other reason to even say that. Of course it was racially motivated
That poor woman has to brush her teeth in the buildings laundry room because the squatter took over the bathroom 😡
I once had a roommate blow up on me for no reason, threw my stuff on the floor, pushed a table towards me, and tried breaking down my door. I called my landlord and he basically did nothing, right after he left, the roommate started up again, called a second time told me he was calm but he wasn't cause he was still trying to break my door down. The only solution I could think of was crashing at my friend's place until he calmed down, I had my other roommate grab all my food too hide it cause he was stealing my food now.
first guy is a certified crash out 💀
She clearly said bye Jamaican Barbie
Exactly
I need to hear the entire story of the first case. I hate when ppl only give one-sided stories. That didn't happen overnight and he didn't act like out of the blue
Damn I got so lucky with my roommate they’re awesome
From my experience, it’s a bad idea to move in with someone you know who can’t pay their bills. If you know this before moving in with them, immediately tell them, “No.” if they want you to move in with them. This almost happened to me half a lifetime ago, but I was wise enough to tell people who I thought were my friends I wouldn’t move in with them. They had broken a lease agreement and later were served with an eviction notice, and if I would have moved in with them, that would have made it impossible for me to find a decent apartment because most landlords will not rent an apartment to you if you have a bad track record like that.
