About time they finally added the road version of the 2nd-gen Audi R8, which only represented as the LMS when the game first launched. You know, this game needs more Audis, seriously. 😆 I’d be wanting to expect the RS4 ‘06, RS3 Sportback ‘11, RS6 Avant ‘08, RS6 ‘02, RS4 ‘01, S3 ‘06, and RS5 ‘10 to be added in the future…
I just got mine and added the performance aero with the GT3 wing, soft tires, racing pads , semi racing clutch and full suspension. Never been a big fan of the R8 but this thing is eyes opening, really really good, a perfect rival to the 992 GT3 RS
The modelling is perfect, but I didn't like the way it behaved originally. Its rear end drifts when you brake... yes, it can be adjusted (although I didn't manage to), but its behaviour is not optimal... Thanks for the review.
GT7 is playable with the controller, but for the best experience steering wheel is highly recommended. For the steering wheel itself, it's all about money, but I think that Thrustmaster T150 or T248 should be good ones.
We agree! I've hardly let go of the accelerator before the rear end is chasing and drifting... It's a 4WD, so why does it slip so much? The same goes for heavy braking. OK, you have to brake straight on, but when you have to brake a bit in the bends (Nurburgring...), it slips all by itself! And yet, I haven't just started playing!
Increase the rear differentials on intial torque and deceleration torque to 60, and avoid late braking. This car takes quite a bit of finesse to drive, but its really satisfying.

Gran tursimo always get their car weight wrong. That car weight is over 1800+kg, not 1450kg. They never go and weight the actual car. That's why i quit this boring game.

It seems that there is no distinction between DIN weight and DRY weight. LaFerrari cannot weigh 1585kg even if it add 200kg.
Actually it's 1,645 kg or 3,627 lb for V10 plus, hopefully they fixed that in future updates lol
