Apparently this is not true I actually have paid three times £60 you actually do not get a discount railway card will take out money from your bank account and do not refund or send out a railway card at the address with photo ID on 15th of November £60 was taken out and also 10th of November £60 was taken out also 2nd of November £60 was taken out of my bank account
