Man i remember playing this with my friends talking about how insanly good this graphics were lol. So weird looking back on it man time flys. Seriously tho when this game came out it felt next gen
It still is far more advanced than any game as the map gives you a live feed of traffic and water when zoomed in. No new game does this because it requires devs to put actual effort into the game and the only thing devs do these days is maintain microtransaction stores.
Man this game… I remember when I used to be in love with that game when I was 4-5 years old, I didn’t know how to drive or didn’t know how to read English but I was having so much fun with the cars and racing.
This is the first time for me that a racing game takes place on an island called O'ahu and I have to say the island looks very beautiful. The graphics look so freaking good on the Xbox 360. The game offers ton of challenges, amazing looking cars, and exploring the island is an absolute amazing experience.
The engine starting up is one of the best parts of this game and how to can look inside of the cars too before buying them and test drive them obviously
This game was fucking amazing. There used to be a glitch you could do to get to the bottom of the ocean to do top speed runs with vehicles. Buddies and I always used to race down there LOL
I just started playing this game again and I'm loving it. No microtransactions or subscriptions and I actually enjoy the game, cant say that about all new games.
I'm kinda mad at myself for not knowing anything about this game ahead of time, I was 14 as a freshman when this game came out and never knew anything about it, I was more into need for speed then and my first sim racing game was Forza Motorsport on the original Xbox, I've always wished for a open world racing game with a largely big map and it seem this test drive unlimited was a dream come true, I hate the fact that wasn't into this giant masterpiece

I sure hope that Xbox 360 owners are thrown a bone here, that PS3 owners finally get it ported to that system, that PS4, Xbox One, Switch, PS Vita, PC, Mac, iOS, and Android owners all get this game, and that the Platinum mod is made official, as well as refined and released for all of these systems, plus the PS2 and PSP mods, and that it also gets rereleased for those systems as well.

I think the graphics are still good looking, especially compared to the PS2/PSP versions.

It was near on impossible to escape the cops in TDU2, very easy on this one because you could just hide under the bridge and they'd give up

@@vtec5862 there was a deep valley between a mountain, and road you would drive into. You rock the car around in it, and you would fall through.
