185 people were onboard the aircraft. No injuries were reported.
Airport authorities closed the runway after the incident to clean all FOD.
The aircraft is still grounded 24 hours after the incident.

I'm glad the authorities closed the runway and cleaned the FOD. Besides mud and turf, there's a possibility of landing/runway/taxi lights being struck with debris ending on the runway and taxiway. (Especially if the airport has the older, raised style lights.)

Some aviators here in Vilnius report, that water don't hold on the runway in EYVI. Not sure how precise is this, but could it be some icing as temperature is around 0C these days with drizzle rain.

Former turbine mechanic here - if this were in North America, something like the following will happen:
      1) no fan blade damage = clean engine with compressor wash, and then borescope the core for damage, if minor, blend/repair
      2) fan blade damage, blend or swap out blades, and perfoem step 1
      3) compressor wash shows lots of internal damage, beyond limits = engine out.

It’s strange that the pilots didn’t quickly advise tower of what caused the runway excursion so they could shut the runway down. Plus it would have helped reinforce whatever the pilots report that happened to take burden off of them for the cause of the incident, if indeed it was caused by unreported surface conditions such as standing water. I would be letting someone know ASAP for multiple reasons.

ATC contacted them almost immideately, pilots would've probably told them afterwards but it wasn't their main priority. The translations also make it seem like the pilots were passive aggressive and sort of angry, in reality they sound more shocked. Crew: "No everything is fine, we can taxi to the gate." Oly Sheet. Likely damage to the gear, engines have ingested chunks of grass, dirt and who knows what. Condition of the PAX unknown at the time.
