Hlo sir. My idol is Trent Boult. I am a left arm fast bowler. Please help me choose my action.
Before realisation that mixed action causes injury, i used to shadow and bowl every bowlers' actions like side on front on and semi front on too. Due to this , i am suffering from back ache, stiffness, etc.
Please help me choose my action sir.
Also, i love to swing the bowl both ways.

Stop bowling for few days. Then all of sudden do some shadow practice with blank mind infront of mirror. You will have your natural action
