    I'm really into Human biology & I like doing math, but I don't wanna become a doctor, I just can't imagine myself there.
    I like doing things more handy, coming up with new ideas , solving problems are my favorite kinda things to do. So , when I first came across the term " Biomedical Engineering " I just felt like THIS IS IT !!
    I'm about to apply as an UNDERGRADUATE . Now I can not decide should I go for Mechanical engineering or Biomedical Engineering ( for Bachelor ) ??
    cause tbh I'm kinda afraid with the career paths :(
    PLEASE GIVE ME SOME ADVICE IF YOU CAN ANYHOW RELATE 🙏🙏🙏😓

      I've seen your comment in 3 different videos. I'm in the same position right now. I really want to find something helpful for humanity but also something I will enjoy doing. I like math and science so I thought it will be perfect for me. Although I'm doubting about it because this area isn't developed in my country.

    I love biology. Chemistry is alright. I need to work on math a whole lot. Should I still consider biomedical engineering as a college major and career path?

    I love chemistry. I’m good at biology and like some of the teks. I don’t “love” math, but I always get A+’s in the subject so if I have to do it, I’ll do it. I’m choosing between Chemical and Biomedical Engineering, which one should I do? 😕❓

      Mira Hijazi it depends. Che has more opportunities and money but if you more interested in biology do BME. You can also do a joint degree with both

    I'm a student of Economics and management, but now I'm really thinking if that was a good choice. Do you think it's possible to apply to biomedical engineering with a bachelor degree in economics?

    Isn't biomedical engineering is designing medical devices ?

    • @Quintessenza
      @Quintessenza 7 ปีที่แล้ว +30

      Sebastian Garcia that's only a single aspect of biomedical engineering loll...like entry level bachelors BME stuff....for masters and up they delve into disease treatments and cures, tissue engineering and regenerative medicine, drug deliveries, pharmaceutical drugs, surgical methods, and so much more...it's an extremely expansive field especially when you pursue a graduate degree in the field

    im actually studying pharmacology.
    Do you think that biomedical engineering would be a good second major? im really intersted, but i don´t know if those 2 majors would work together.

    • @msb1500m
      @msb1500m 3 ปีที่แล้ว +1

      2nd major you mean restarting a B.Eng? I don't think you're able to study those 2 subjects together ... usually engineering is separate faculty from science and the course requirements are pretty heavy. I'd chose one or the other, and I think that BME is a better thing to study -> more applied, more $, growing fast ...
