Nice work Andy! 😁👍 Glad your spacers turned out like you were hoping. Keep at it and have fun! 🔧
Thanks Zane! I was on a mission to get those cylinders rebuilt. I think the seals and hoses probably surpassed what I paid for the old Hyster 🙄 Thanks for watching my Friend! 👍😁
Just picked up this Hyster S25AP. We got a propane tank for it and it fired right up! We have to do the Mast seals as well so great you're doing a video thank you.
Excellent! I am happy any time my videos can help someone else. Thanks for watching and good luck on the cylinder rebuilds. 👍😁

I was wondering what the plastic was for in the last video, I thought maybe body mounts for old Margaret now I see. Looked like a pain to take apart. Johnny will be golden when your all done. Take care Andy👍
Thanks Pete! After waiting so long for seals I was determined to make the ones I ordered work. I think the plastic spacers / guides might do the trick! Thanks for watching my friend! 👍😁
Andy, glad to see that you are finally giving the S30 some attention. I just finished rebuilding the Y112 engine in mine, I am basically getting close to the point of having rebuilt the whole machine. I am curious about the side shift, I tried to find a side shift for mine but I couldn't find anything. Can you post the information from the side shaft, and what valve is required. Thanks a bunch.
Thanks! I purchased mine with all the side shift components already installed. I will try to snap some photos of the unit and post them on the channels Instagram / Facebook pages. It might take me a few days to capture them. Thanks for watching 👍😁
Did the seals have part numbers on them? I have a S30A i need to rebuild the lift cylinder on.
While my lift cylinder seals seem to be performing well I don't think you want them. I made spacers to accommodate the wrong width of seal at the piston. Thanks for watching and best of luck finding the correct kits! 👍😁
Good work, that would be over my head!
Thanks Patrick! I'm sure you could figure it out. The hardest part is not pinching your fingers in the process. Thanks for watching my friend! 👍😁
Good Job Andy 👍
Thanks Donnie! I'll be happy when the forklift is back into the heavy lifting business. Thanks for watching my friend! 👍😁
