Heck yeah! Mine has been so much better. It feels like a new engine lol. I have a bunch of videos coming soon but mostly cosmetic like headlights and weatherstripping
Thanks! This will be my next project. Already had plugs and coils replaced. Worked great for a while.. now I'm getting a cylinder 4 misfire code again...
Have you swapped the coils around to see if the misfire changes to a different cylinder? If not the coils, it might be a spark plug or maybe even a spark plug slightly coming unscrewed. I had that happen once to a car years ago
I ended up having some issues that is leading to more...lol The 1st attempt i had what looked like a small leak, thought it was because I reused the thick o-rings on the bottom. Second attempt changed the thick bottom rings, and now it seems to be leaking more than it did b4 replacing. Can you advise??
Hey I just changed mine and had a leak too lol. Sorry if this doesn’t help but. I changed mine and test drove it and noticed I was leaking a lot. There was a slight gap that wouldn’t close because I didn’t lube the o-ring and it lifted a part up a little bit. I had to make sure they were all laying flat to the fuel rail itself. I saw a comment mention how there is a bolt in the back that keeps the fuel rail arm in place. Maybe u can look up a video on how to loosen ur fuel rail. And it can make it easier to put your injectors in all the way?
Great explanation here may I ask how many miles that car had on it? I have 303,000 miles on my 09 corolla runs slick smooth still thankfully I have replaced all four ignition coils with Denso units. Which by the way on such a critical part as injectors my only thing I would not have done what you did as I would’ve kept it Denso I’m not taking any chance I don’t know why you didn’t used it so but that was your choice I assume.
It’s at 130k. Yes Denso parts are the best but sometimes availability and price are a factor but not every aftermarket part should be discredited. There are other reputable parts out there. This car hardly ran when I got it so I’ve had to replace so much and just getting it up and running properly is the main goal lol
Ive recently replaced my Ignition coils and spark plugs but i have a new code, P219C PD and it mentions air has been detected. Is that a big issue? And would i need to replace my oxygen sensor or the fuel injectors?
You forgot ONE important 12 mm bolt that has to be removed, it holds the fuel rail in place on the side in the back, difficult to access, and if you don't remove it, you cannot fully raise the rail to pull out the #4 injector which was the one that was bad in my situation.
Bro cuz of you my Corolla has been running at its peak

good stuff!
Thank you 🤘
Do you need to do anything special to clean the sockets where the injectors go into the car or just wipe it?
I just wiped it off really good and use a good amount a lubricant
@ what kind of lubricant?
@@jerrodschonfeld3159this is what I use and what many long term mechanic friends recommend. amzn.to/4gGpE7G
@ thank you sir.
@ application is directly on the side you screw in the hole I presume?

Would it be leaking from the top side that goes into the fuel rail itself?

Oh interesting. I have not heard of that one. I would have to look into that
Can you do a video where you replace the radiator hoses :) and radiator lol
I can look into that. I have a bunch of other parts I already ordered and those videos are coming soon. But I can definitely look at that
