MISAMO is TWICE’s first official subunit, it’s composed of the 3 japanese members: mina, momo and sana. “Do not touch” is the title track for their debut mini album “Masterpiece”. each member wrote a bside, you should check out the album it’s SO GOOD, truly a masterpiece

she has trained for 10 years and is the most hardworking idol i’ve ever seen. TWICE in general is soooo hardworking, they had a comeback at the beginning of this year (set me free), they went on tour (still are), released jihyo’s solo and there are rumors that they’re having another comeback in the 4th quarter of this year. my girls are BUSY
Twice is another level, it's the best kpop girl group and no comparisons.
Just a quick note, "Do Not Touch" is technically not from Twice, but a subunit of Twice named MiSaMo. So conceptually their sounds won't be the same.
The girl singing in the background of the feels is Jihyo in that middle part!! She’s the main vocalist so she usually does the adlibs along with lead vocalist (which means next best after main vocal) Nayeon and sometimes lead vocalist jeongyeon. Jihyo actually just came out with her solo debut a few weeks ago!!! It’s insanely good you would love it because it’s more chill and mature sounding. She also has a choreo video for one of the bsides called Closer which showcases that she’s one of the best dancers in the group (of course second only to momo). And her voice is also lower and very suited to the Latin/jazz vibes. The entire album is actually a masterpiece and I haven’t seen anything done like it in kpop before you’d enjoy it a lot!
The 2 that usually do adlibs are Nayeon and the Leader JiHyo or god Jihyo as people call her. Nayeon is the brown haired one usually up center singing and JiHyo the darker haired one (that got out the car in Set Me Free and wore #21 in The Feels). I am pretty sure that most of the adlibs you mentioned though were by god Jihyo.
The backing vocals are mostly by Jihyo and Nayeon

Her medications included steroids so it affected her...

Thanks for reacting to Twice!! They’re a group who has been around for a long time with an extremely large discography with a range of styles to suit most tastes! The more mature sounds seemed to resonate best with you so I’d recommend: Moonlight Sunrise, I can’t stop me, cry for me (though there is no official MV for that one- I’d recommend one of the dance videos, but it’s an exquisitely beautiful song), more & more, fancy and feel special! Their Japanese songs are also incredible and diverse: if you want something a little more edgy try perfect world, if you want something a little more funky/dance-able try breakthrough, if you want something beautiful and soft listen to doughnut. But regardless, this is an extremely talented and special group so I hope you give them some more listens!
(Ps: the members doing the runs in the background are Nayeon- centre, face of the group, lead vocal/dancer, she’s the one who threw the crown in the air in the feels video (she wears #9 in it) and Jihyo, she’s the leader of the group and main vocalist. She’s the one in the car at the beginning of set me free. Usually if one of them is singing, the other is belting out some ad-libs in the background and vice versa, they just take turns killing it lol. But both have solo albums out now that you could listen to as well!)

That’s Twice for you. They are very hyper feminine with their concepts and that’s how they are in real life to so it blends.
Also it’s just my opinion, but for me I’m glad they did not conform into the mainstream concepts. While many groups went into girl boss mode or girl crush mode, they stuck by their guns and I think it’s very important.
Just the fact that there are a lot of girls out there who really don’t resonate with the girl boss girl crush vibe, they can turn to twice, their girly girl besties.
True, at first I found the girl crush concept so cool but have been gradually getting tired of it now lol
