Wowza, I’m new to bass and wondering how you move so effortlessly across the frets? Does it really just come down to “play for years and you’ll be good”?
Playing for years definitely help but at some point you’ll visualize the neck and it’s kinda second nature, one thing if you start that you should work on is your muting technique, string skipping that’s the toughest part when you begin, if you do this you’ll make progress fast, don’t overkill yourself in technique and theory, music has to be fun! Keep it up :-)
Great Job man saw not many people commented so I wanted to be the first keep up the good work
Thanks! Doing my best :-)
Awesome! Sounds like fun to play
It is yeah :-)
Thank you! Tone sounds great! Just curious why not start the chorus on the E (or Eb) string?
Solid groove. I plan to add this to my practice list.
People who can play programmed bass lines are in the top 10 type of humans

This is a pretty fast song to learn if you're new. It'll happen if you keep at it though
scales and arpeggios, the way it's been done for centuries
Sounds great 👍
Hi audioguru67, check out my new bass cover. th-cam.com/video/HRDKgZFvV7E/w-d-xo.html See what you think, many thanks 👍
nice!!!
That's so fun to play :-)
This is great :)
What pedals did you used to achieve that tone? Would you like to share? Thanks
Hi! I’ve used a Master Effect Super 800 and a UAD 1176 for compression, the Super 800 is a pedal recreation of a Gallien Krueger 800RB bass amp.
Here’s the link…

Also I’m using Lindy Fralin pickups on this bass.
