1) ശ്രോതാക്കൾക്ക് പ്രാധാന്യം നൽകൽ: കേൾവിക്കാർക്കു വേണ്ടിയാണ് നാം പറയുന്നത്. :ഭാഷണം വ്യക്തമാവണം.
2) Encoding & Decoding
നാം പറയുന്നത്;കേൾവിക്കാർ സ്വീകരിക്കുന്നത്, അവർക്ക് പരിചിതമായ അർത്ഥത്തിലായിരിക്കും. അതു കൊണ്ട് സംശയം തീർക്കേണ്ടത് അനിവാര്യം.
3) verbal & Non Verbal
വാക്കുകളെക്കാൾ ശരീരഭാഷ പ്രാധാന്യമർഹിക്കുന്നു .
4) വളർത്തുന്ന വാക്കുകൾ ഉപയോഗിക്കാം: നമ്മുടെ വാക്കുകൾ കേൾവിക്കാർക്ക് ഉത്തേജനം നൽകണം.
