T-Top Deluxe as a veteran runner(20 years), I didn't know running was considered cross training. I could have swore it was a separate sport. Just saying. It's tough doing both because running 60+ miles/week is quite tiring and would leave me little energy for ddr.
RyuHirakashi1 cross training isn't about whether something is a sport or not, it's about whether you use it to develop underdeveloped muscles to improve performance. For pretty much everything running is a form of cross training. also 60 miles a week is A LOT, WOW. Even in my peak I only ran 60km (38mile) a week.
Not gonna lie, I kinda would like to see Chris play the jun boss songs, not counting Paranoia HADES, just so I can see how beautifully he'll do on them and perhaps if he'll possibly MFC them. I know he's already MFC'd UNBELIEVABLE, but if he can do that, I'm very positive he can do the same for the others
