The game is a reskin of the game named 'Doki Doki Panic' that was only released in japan and on nintendo's actual first console, the 'famicom'. This gave the game a chance for new audiences with the said audiences not even noticing. I know this is a mag dump of information, but it's oddly interesting and useless.
I think i speak for all of us in saying that you can take as many breaks as you need/want and we'll be fine with waiting. Your mental health is much more important than a consistent schedule.
