Back when I would record VHS tapes to my Windows XP computer there was a settings option in Vdub that if I didn't change it by the end of the video the audio would be out of sync, it was a delay sound setting.
The specific issue I was experiencing (and forgot to go in to in this video), is the audio would slow waaaay down a few minutes in to the capture, then speed way up to catch up. It sounded like messing with the speed settings on a record turntable.
I'm only 5 minutes from world record.
