I don’t have celiac disease but one of my friends did in elementary/middle school and now I only buy gluten free pretzels! They’re my favorite kind of pretzels
Thanks for the informative video! My child has to eat a gluten-free diet due to multiple food allergies. It was overwhelming at first but over the past 7 years we have found so many delicious food products that she loves- a lot of them come from Thrive Market like your staples.
if you make the king arthur brownies you should use the recipe for the bobs red mill brownies. also use duck eggs in baking and pancakes, complete game changer.
Michel 😮😍Your skin looks FLAWLESS 😮😮Please remind me of the skincare you’re using right now (DONT STOP 🛑 EVER) 🙌💯😃 I think it’s a brand that hooks you up with a dermatologist to ensure you’re getting exactly what you need and you’re getting REAL RESULTS 😮 Love you to pieces GF Hugs & Blessings ❤
The Jovial RICE pasta is SO much better than the cassava and definitely passes for regular pasta, IMO. The cassava has "a taste" like it's made from quinoa, brown rice, or something heartier. And Quinn and Glutino pretzels are the bomb (if you prefer plain salted ones to flavored). They actually taste better than the regular ones to me!
Try fresh gluten free pasta. I don't know if it's available overseas but in Australia we have a brand called Latina and they sell fresh gluten free pasta, so much tastier than the dry kind
@@minksrule2196 Oh yes!! We have Cappello's gluten free, which is AMAZING! It's obviously not shelf-stable, though, so you have to find a local store that carries it.
If you're looking for good gluten free pasta you should buy fresh gluten free pasta rather than the dry kind as it's so much tastier also you can freeze is so it lasts longer
Girl try the Krusteaz brand if you haven’t yet! AMAZING everything! Thanks for the pretzel recommendation, I’m sick of nasty pretzels. And I used to ❤ pretzels!
I'm gluten intolerant, so obviously not as severe as celiac but I definitely feel better when I steer clear of gluten. The first sign I get when I've eaten something with gluten is instant bad breath. When I cut gluten out completely, the bad breath goes away. So strange! I had no idea bad breath was a sign of inflammation
I’ve had celiac disease for 2 months now and it’s really rough 🙃 how did you find good tasting gluten free breads and crackers? I have to try so many stores - and it’s rough. Most of it tastes bad, bland or like cardboard 😢
Why do you have trouble believing it? In people with coeliac disease, it's gluten that causes inflammation because the immune system attacks it. Oats are gluten free usually but not safe for coeliacs because of cross contamination.
If you have an Aldi‘s near you, the corn bread and brownies are amazing. Also, target brand and gf bread crumbs are inexpensive and superior to most.

gf pretzels are amazing but I feel like they are so hard on you teeth. super crunchy.

Hey, fellow Celiac here. I cannot recomend Against the Grain bread enough. My non-celiac family fights me for it.
Hauling the free stuff is the only way to go.
Keeping the cupboards full of gfree is a must.
When I found out I needed to be gluten free some years ago your videos helped me a lot.

Michel 👀 don't you mess with me🤨
Do they contain bioengineered ingredients??
i am not gluten-free or not on any special diets would you still recommend it?
💚
Girl, let me tell you this. You are gorgeous. Like really beautiful 😍
I have celiac disease
I gound the cassava pasta and bought 4 different kinds. Cooked it once and threw them out...nasty stuff!
I’m only nine years old and I got gluten free disese at this age
Certified gluten free oats contain about the same gluten as as non-certified oats...both so miniscule. It's purely marketing.
No audio!!!!
But oats are gluten free right?
Yes but if you are coeliac you can't have the normal oats because of cross contamination.
Fun fact, "Schär" is actually pronounced like "share" :)
Me
The video I needed. Just removed gluten from my diet for medical reasons. Thank you!
👀🥨👀
I really struggle believing "gluten-free" oats... Plus it's still a grain. Grains cause inflammation

Lol, jarrod hacked my email that is regarding my university admission. He just wanted to be me or try to make me mad which is stupid. 🙂
Oh look…an obvious advertisement.
