+Kingini Thokala no bro i used m seal to dummy the welding to calculate the cc of combustion chamber later i removed it and filled same amount of aluminum to make combustion chamber small.
+Anant Prateek Dadel i assembled the bike and it has nice change in power now it can do burnout at very low rpm. The reason behind it is to squeez the air fuel mix more than stock compression so tha blast is a more than stock.

in such a narrow space if the firing happens and simultaneous exhaust in running , i doubt on piston will last or will burst out of such pressure. it should have been little less ported.

Maybe the air and fuel can't burn properly because of less compression area. Tell me brother what the results you get from these charges. Thanks
I have never seen anything like that in my life?? After all that lathe work you have put a large mark in the sealing face, nearly sure to have a leak there soon!
@@honeydozer7180 go for pwk flatslide carburettor, for 350cc a 34mm with accelerator pump with k&n will be good. You can get the carburettor, pilot jets and main jets on AliExpress for very reasonable price.

I've never seen someone increase the compression ratio that way, I would have just grind the head down a bit and use a thinner gasket, kudos 🙌
It may result hiting valves to the piston if it get too low. Cheers

This is really good idea to improve that hemi chambers but they shrouded the valves way too much, sacrificing cylinder fill...

why didn't you use a dome shaped piston crown? Has engine knocking increased at high rpm?
Dome shape piston is not available easily. No knocking issues faced yet.

You have completely shrouded the valves, you would be better to skim the head to the point the valves just miss the piston, and flow the head
