    Shout out to cozyhomes.my for letting us visit this unique architecture located in the city. For more details, do check out their website.
    Located in between the fringe of Kampung Dato Keramat with the city, Chymes's architecture really stood out. It's only of the rare high rise buildings within the suburbs setting and it's really hard to believe this is 2km away from KLCC.
    What might stir discussions would be the architectural approach to the form that affected the floor layout of the larger units. The irregular lines cutting across the unit might feel weird, also cool at the same time. For an architectural fan like me, I really enjoyed it. Also I really enjoy the simplicity and straightforward space flow across the entire building which is perfect for own stay.
    This freehold property that's so close to the city and LRT station is less than half the price for a KLCC property. Personally I find this to be a gem because many do not understand the stigma which is not entirely true.

    I used to leave there for 2 years when study at UTM, i staying on the no2 unit that sean was counting. About 2.2k the rental when 2018-2020. The place is super strategic is near damai station u even can walk till there, also have one more station nearby which is dato keramat but that a bit far. You can even go to setiawangsa and wangsa maju by heading throught jalan jelatek and, it's not far from MRR2 as well. There also have bus run by the condo but i forgot the no. and whether still on service. It is also easy access through jalan tun razak. The area was good and nice just need to be careful for coming traffic especially on the right side when going out from the condo.

    The facade looks really nice. Stands out from the boring, straight angular blocks. Also like the quiet surroundings. The unit itself is pretty good in terms of airiness and brightness. Just have to be more creative with the furnishings to fit the weird angles

    I’ve been living here since 2017. The location is crazy strategic. 5 minutes car drive to Intermark/Linc KL/KLCC. Thanks to LRT Damai (free parking in UTC Keramat!) which is 3 minutes drive from the apartment, I’ve saved RM1,000 (DUKE, car park and fuel) for my daily transportation to PJ (work).

    Thanks for another great review boss. This is one artsy and unique looking property. One way to utilize the experiential space and enjoy the great view in living room is by laying down a couple of Bean Bag Chairs in that area. Modular Tupper Cabinets can also come in handy when dealing with the odd shaped bedrooms.

    This location is like a literal 10/10 for KL tbh.... nothing much to nitpick for me personally tbh except for the 50/50 individual perception towards the curve layout for units and the bathroom ceiling office treatments haha.

    While I survey lelong properties and found this Chymes. Any particular reason why so many units has put up for auction at this condo, upcoming has 2 units in Nov23? Is it mostly Malay staying there? The auction starting price is damn good deal at about 370 psf only. Considering try to bid one of this.

    • @garylee6545
      @garylee6545 10 หลายเดือนก่อน

      Don't bother, this is a pretty dead project, dev didn't manage to sell around 50% of the units, those that sold out also very hard to get occupied, ended up whole condo just few families and some students staying. Not sure if there's any saving for the condo as it is very targeted to one race.

    Nice place, being so near to the center of KL...I hardly hear any traffic noise , not like the usual traffic noise echo bouncing off each other around the vicinity of the buildings (super annoying as it amplifies the noise).. which is very rare indeed...unless you stay in Bukit Tunku la.

    Hi Iherng, just a trivial question, why do the developer use this type of ceiling treatment compare to a usual solid ones? And if you have a ceiling like that, what are the option to cover it? Possible to use those horizontal wood textured plank and cover it?
