    Shout-out to the team for giving us this exclusive tour around this amazing project. What an eye opening experience!
    Just when I thought we almost seen it all, this project proved me wrong as I was taken by surprised again and again throughout the tour. In terms of location, Parc 3 is right next to Sunway Velocity, Taman Maluri MRT station, Aeon Mall and other local amenities around.
    My favourite component would be the massive public park directly in front of the project. It just gives a different vibe to the project although it's located within a very high density location surrounding by apartments, offices and towers. Personally, I'm very impressed with the translation of concept from nature along with the adaptation of the patterns throughout the entire architecture. It's just so thoughtful and impressive.
    Unfortunately, the unit didn't feel as interesting compared to the common areas. It's pretty standard but the facilities deck, herb farm and sky deck just set the benchmark way too high.

    Compared to the common areas, the unit itself is pretty underwhelming. All the white white tiles, skirting and doors made things look quite cheap.

    I agree with having a ceiling to floor window. It will brighten the unit. Also does not have a balcony for clothes drying.

    The only thing concern me is the maintenance in the long run for this building. Sorry to say but Malaysians mostly have this problem of cutting cost on maintenance, and tidak-apa attitude. Overall the building design language is very good, and the void space is definitely the one thing I love the most.

      The middle pebble area, looks good...beautiful infact..but potential for future light trash dumping ground.
      The herb garden...i love the idea, but...a few kiasu residents..will pull every single pandan leaf and curry leaf the earth can grow...that place is another potential white elephant/ eye sore.
      The visibility deck..facing the park, its wonderful for our mental state especially for those working from home. But potential lepak area for smokers😅
      I dont mean to be a wet blanket, but even in a residential estate, my parents have pandan leaves and other herbs growing...we had to install fences, cause at night all will go missing...and i mean all.
      What more you say, come and take

    as someone who used to live in cheras, i totally get it why this project sold out cause just like PJ, Cheras has everything. you dont really need to go out and we are literally stone throw away from city centre. and another thing would be the nostalgic feeling of growing up in cheras. but about the unit itself hhmmmm no comment hahahhaha

    Imagine playing hide and seek which all these facilities, habis. I really like the attention and intentions they have while executing the design, we often see great design ideas with bad execution, but as far as I can see in the video they really did a great job. The unit’s toilet, window height, and lack of balcony really turning me down, as if they finished the facilities before pandemic, and rush out the residence unit during pandemic period. But the facilities is impressive enough for me to keep an eye on this developer’s future project. Thanks for the review

    As a gym enthusiast it is so sad to see these half ass-ed gym in condo where I still have to pay a monthly fee and go outside for a better equipped gym.
    From what I see in the video, not even a basic squatting rack.

    • @iherng
      @iherng  2 ปีที่แล้ว +1

      Well squatting racks are pretty rare in gyms around Malaysia. Not many people are educated in the lifting techniques and ethics. Therefore in order to prevent unwanted injuries or damages due to ego and careless lifts, developers tend to just stick to machines.

    So much furnishings for the outdoor facility i wonder how long is it going to last? Personally i really appreciate the solid architecture elements and the curves..but am so underwhelmed by the unit itself, having such an expansive park/mountain view but small window? If the curved room, living room had a double height window it would totally be a bomb but instead hmmm. Another point to bring up is the so called close accessibility is still heavily dependent on using your car to get around, theres no proper pedestrians interconnectivity to mrt/lrt/aeon..ive been to the park a few times, and theres a aquarium shop i like to go 20m down the road.
