Roy Jones Jr could of beat Joe he's way more experienced.
It is a shame though, after putting all that work ethic into his training he eventually still lost, but don't give up my friend, there's always a light at the end of the tunnel and you got a big fight coming up this year but not for that long, all you have to do is grind yourself back up and keep on hustling, keep striving to where you wanna be until you reached to that end tunnel champ. #STAYHARD

this isnt his usual training its just a bit of showing off for the press.i wish hed hang up his gloves for good ,roy jones was awesome and is one of my favourite all time boxers but he hasnt got it anymore but hes still an absolute legend i know calzaghe nacked him but for sure it would have been different 10 or 15 years ago.
@KingRhaul mate you are dead right this is just a bit of showing off bullshit he works his arse off in training usually ,the guys a legend no doubt about it but his best days are long behind him ,hes definately in my top 5 boxers ever though.

When Roy was shadow boxing at the start he did throw punches, But we just could see them, play the video in slow motion if you want to see his combinations.

Im a big Roy Jones Jr fan, but all of his training videos dotn show him putting forth enough effort. whatever happened to his hardcore training regime?! Its more of a show than training.
Roy Jones Jr was on top 15 years but the last few years and fights are no way near his best.
