They should fix the roads and plant grass and flowers it look like Florida to me the builders should create a system call a housing trust like they have in Jamaica where if you work you pay 2 dollars a week for 6months to qualify for a home mortgage so if they collect 2 dollars a week from a million people it's 2 million a week that means every month they can build at least 10 thousands affordable housing for people then after a Pearson get a house they pay monthly mortgage for 30 years
