Absolutely beautiful houses. I wish one day I can have a house like one of these. The only thing is that I'm not sure what the town planner was trying to do. It looks like thoso magnificent mansions were just scartted all over the place without following any particular parten. I also don't see a space for amenities like schools, clinics, libraries, play fields etc. Otherwise the individual home owners have done a great job. This is beautiful. Watching from Pretoria.

The drone shots really elevates your production, keep it going! Yowza, what a place, some HUGE houses with huge price tags too. As a matter of interest, do any of these houses have their own power & water supply? How is sewerage & household waste disposed of, septic tanks or municipal connections?
Thanks Bruce. The place is connected to the national grid, there are septic tanks, can't confirm council water supply though.

The place is very attractive but what worries me is that more greenish grass and trees needed. I don't know if the access to water is limited but I can contribute to an evergreen landscaping with low watering systems if there may be that need from developers and homeowners.
Putting the drone to very good use here. You need to go back and re-record all the suburbs with the drone.

I wish City council and communities could just come together to polish the surrounding landscapes make these neighbourhoods classy and not just mansions in bushes.

@@mukuru2341 Yes true and understandable, but this is not just an issue with this particular area, it's the whole country. City council land, surrounding land has just been left unmaintained through out the country. We have growing bushes everywhere, from low density to high density areas,... Dusty roads, sand everywhere, no maintenance on the lands. Broken roads/pedestrian pavements, broken street lights. The so called posh neighbourhoods of old are no where in a class to be called posh except seeing the housing infrastructure. I can go on forever, but hey. It's what it is. Lol
Very true I was in Zim recently, Bulawayo to be specific and yah the council are doing a very bad job everywhere shem. It’s very bushy, dusty plus rubbish everywhere in most areas especially the CBD. It’s a shame cause Zim has soo much potential
