But please, is there a way to make these animations not to stop between transitions from one position to other, so it moves more fluently?

right click on the arrow (opens options for easing) and then click on linear. Default is exponential easing and that is the cause of stopping at the end key. Also much simpler is to make animation at the start point and the endpoint. Then adjust positions of the car. Keyframes will be added automatically.
