- As I'm sure you're aware, prayer and meditation are a big part of my life and something I practice daily. In my last video I shared the very first meditation I did that started my spiritual journey.
Today I’d like to share a morning prayer with you and I’d like to invite you to say this prayer each morning for the next 7 days.
Meditation is where we quieten the mind in search of answers, we slow down the mental chitter-chatter so we can hear the messages from our higher self or the inner guide as I like to call it.
Prayer on the other hand is a bit like a telephone line direct to heaven where you can communicate your deepest fears and your deepest desires. It offer huge support and comfort.
So take a look at today's episode, give it a try and see how you get on.

Well last week( Monday or Tuesday) I saw this video and listened carefully to this simple prayer. I believe in prayer early in the morning and meditation just to Jumpstart my day. Two day later job interview and today....I GOT THE JOB AND GIVING THANKS. Just stay focused release and believe.

ok, 2 years I lost my engagement and turquoise ring while visiting my parents actually the rings was in my pant pocket, I forgot to remove them while my clothes were being washed, and I realized this afterwards. I searched frantically inside and outside the washer and dryer I did eventually find the turquoise but not the engagement.
I stumbled on to Louise's sight Dec 2015, I liked the 7 day mantra and decided to try it
after a few days I received a text from my mother they had a technician come out to repair the washing machine she said the technician found a diamond ring lodged in the machine it was my engagement ring. thank you Louise and the universe

I do have one question... If we lost someone due to our own mistakes and we did realise it that wat went wrong.. but before we could tell to the other person about the misunderstandings that we had and desperately waiting for him or her to listen to us and come back forever.. will this prayer help us?

I´m a little bit confused. According with what I know about the law of attraction, the "universe" doesn't understand the meaning of the word "NO". So if I say this prayer the universe will understand: Thank you for helping me to release all that serves me?. Maybe it's better to change it for: Thank you for helping to release all that is useless for me". Anyway I find this prayer very useful and I will use it in this complicated time of my life. Thank you!

The truth is the universe hears what we really feel when we say something its like whe you say something and you actually dont mean it the universe actually responds the way you feel,the language of universe is feeling not the words,thats what i understood about LOA, so in this case the universe heard what she feels and she feels gratitude, I hope it helps you😁
