It dunt baz just because your tools are all over place doesn't mean your a shit worker.....thats when your know your a good grather when there to busy to clean there van
Pinning this to the top so ppl don't get me wrong. I hear what you are saying but I never said any1 was a shit worker look at Chris The Struggler... He'll be the 1st to tell you your van should be clean but he has 5 kids too much going on in his life, his van is always a mess but a top grafter. 1st If some1 turns up to site for a new customer it's not a good look. 2nd Your constantly looking for tools wasting time! 3rd It tells me the guy is or most likely a perfectionist and generally that will show in his work if he is passionate about his van and tools!
Please don't apologise for a long video the longer the video the better, the quality of your videos is second to none, Happy New Year Baz, Cal and the director and all at DTM I hope 2025 brings bigger and better things for you all.
If you slope the underside of the PFC instead of the top (1:11:00) you can keep the angles at the top all the way down so it will be less likely for a bumper or anything to hit the PFC which is higher then the angles the way you do it. There will also be less of a drive-on entry angle.
Happy New Year lads! You guys took the plunge this year setting out on your own but your skill and experience are obvious so you’re bound to be successful! Side note any chance of seeing the side loader in action! That’s a handy piece of kit!
Happy 2025. Hoping you all have a better year, going forward in every way, Just goes to show what you achieve 28:35 with hard graft and commitment. Well done everyone. X
Look forward to the video popping up every week. Great to see you moving on and inspiring those that are working with you. Happy new year and keep pushing on.Thank you.
Hi Baz Just started the last few days watching your channel Love it Your about things close to my heart I’m a 3rd gen mechanic on anything from agri- plant hgv, buses to lawnmowers The best thing my father ever taught me was if you don’t know how to fix it ,work it out, find what’s broke and why it broke and make sure it doesn’t happen again 😂😂. Keep the videos coming lad 👍
Happy New Year Baz and team WELDERFABBER great to see all the great work you have done over the last few months and let’s see even more great things in 2025 As always Stay Safe and crack on lad to the next chapter
Great chapter Baz and team. You can see that the businesses are building momentum very nicely. Great to see Al in your vid.Good luck for 2025! Tab just needs to pray you and your Bro don’t change your logo 😄
I never worked in your industry, I'm just an old retired Skilled Centre Lathe Turner. However, I admire your spirit, sense of humour, because I'm from Gt. Harwood, near Blackburn 😁. Thank the lads and yourself for making an old man smile! Cheers.
In my working career I enjoyed going to work the first half I was a welder and robotics programmer / operator on heavy equipment (wheel loaders l/log skidders/ fork trucks) until The company closed the doors. 2nd half I was a supervisor(defense company) enjoyed it but enjoyed welding more. You must enjoy your job or it will overwhelm you. Great video Baz keep up the good work
Been a farmer i used to watch Tom p,Olly Harrison all the time but now i prefer watching you guys...great content as ever & good look going forward for you guys & Dtm
Dan's disco is looking good....... I've a car that needs the wheels doing, they're in a really bad state but they are very expensive, as is the vehicle, which is why I want them keeping 100% OEM. I've just checked-out NC's website & think I'll be booking in for the full wheel refurb. Cheers Baz! Great vid to kick-off 2025. ATVB
Good to see Baz keep working. As a contractor, it used to drive me crazy that some businesses would close during obvious work days. When that happened, I took my business elsewhere, never to come back. Good business it a two-way street.
Fantastic video, meeting Tom is also class because it shows work for anyone no matter what which is great to se! Not that I ever doubled it 😊 look forward to a full year of watchye grow now 😁
Happy New Year WF and the team.. best channel on TH-cam.. have you watched Snowball Engineering on TH-cam.. he's a fabricator and works on machinery out of an old shed.. it's pretty impressive..
Happy new year and wishing and team a good year. Thanks for explaining what a track guard does too. I work in the museum world so it's great to see insights into yours and given me ideas for my nine museum sites too
The tracks guards seem to be taking off , it might be worth looking at fabricating your own ram guards as they go hand in hand on demolition machines and im sure if you filmed one you would have many more orders just like the track guards. I operate a large demolition machine and believe these add ons are essential. Great vids baz keep them up.
Thanks for sharing guys a nice end to 2024. All the best for 2025 all of you involved.

Happy new year Boys, personally I prefer to work over Xmas but hey ho, good to see Ali popping in, I had the pleasure of meeting him down at barrow in furness, I think you made the right call with binning the go karting as orders through the door pays money/wages, I see you have Max & Bella as your screensaver, I’ve got my kids on mine, keeps you going through the dark times & makes you realise what you do it all for
Happy New year fellas 🎉🎉 time off at Christmas is essential with a family, especially with very young children, but you certainly don't need two weeks off, its not about recharging the old batteries, its about enjoying the fruits of your labour with the family, the work/home balance is necessary for a happy life, im speaking from experience, 90 hours a week cost me my marriage and I'm now very unhappy, we only learn when its too late. Best wishes to all the DTM guys too 🎉🎉
Nice to see you’ve hit the ground running Baz. I look forward to seeing your plasma table take on that heavy material; I don’t think I’ve seen one on oxygen before.
Glad to see you are starting to get heavily into the plant machinery stuff again. I know its your passion but as you say anything that pays bills comes first.Howard Stott must have been over the moon when you started up on your own as he is now getting your skills on all his machines and making his top notch fleet even better. Well done and i look forward to the coming year Baz
Happy new year I think you’ve got a future in track guards they’re brilliant. Just a thought because we’re of a similar mindset. Where the track guard sits over the track, a brush type thing could be made as a consumable to bolt on with quick release so the machine before transportation could be made a cleaner less messy job . Just a thought . I’m sure still got all my fingers Alex would love them 😂
@ no problem Baz I’ve got our shear grab in workshop going to have a cutting edge fitted going from straight blade to serrated and fit new side protectors to protect the edge
Happy New Year Everyone, great video you should get into repairing farm machinery Baz ,could be a good thing to come ❤..Great guy is Tom watch him a lot and you guys of course 😊
