Nicely done my friend. The potatoes look amazing and I've never seen Persian fasoolia. Only Iraqi Assyrian Sherw'et Fasoolia. I will try your recipe hopefully one day!
That looks delicious! I'm in UK so we don't use 'cups' so I'm going to invest in some - save me looking up conversion. I've not had lubia polo made with mince, so I'm definitely going to try it. Can I do it in my rice cooker? Thank you so much for sharing your great recipes. Sarah x
Thank you, Sarah. I never tried cooking Persian rice in rice cooker. Although, my Persian mother in law gave me this rice cooker that most Iranian used, never used it though
You should've added by saying that using cinnamon powder in the rice mix, is optional! But other than that, thanks for a nice video....i've bookmarked it in my computer. 👍
