Wow I used to feel the condo I live in is small, but looking at this I feel north York condos are much much more spacious with the perks of having superb connectivity and commute options. I would never stay in downtown for sure now. Coming back to the decor, it is good !!

Its commendable how you guys make a small space work well for you. I would urge you to capitalize on the toronto rental market right now. You can find a much spacious apartment in downtown for 1600 now.

Beautiful apartment very well maintained.. I am also paying 1600 bucks, my apartment is very big bt not very new and beautiful (like urs😍). This is perfect for a couple though with a kid we preferred to have more of space so had to compromise on beauty 🙂

I have not booked a permanent apartment in Toronto because I would like to check the apartment before finalising. This building’s name was “Crossways”. It is near Dundas West subway station in Toronto
Please negotiate for a rent reduction as the downtown rents are down by 20%.
U have beautiful apartment but it's small and obvsly in Canada at first you won't get that big may be and it might be more expensive ...but ek cheej keekami lagi mujhe dhoop kaha se ati he Ghar me?
nice video, but this is about 15 mins from dt, its good area called high park but the buildings itself i think has had bug problems which is issue in toronto. its sad but 1600 doesnt get far here, but they live in a good area
Yeah evenwe heard about the Bug problem. But fortunately it has been going good for us since 2 years (almost) in that regard :). Plus the location trumps it all :D
Hi guys need one help, we would be moving to Toronto and I need to find accommodation for my first month. How do I search for Airbnb and what could be best place
If you are not going to buy a Car soon, look for places closer to city center. Places that have TTC stations (Metro stations) in walking distance would be ideal, for close to GO STATION. If a place falls within 7 km of Toronto, would be ideal, but even North York is a good area for living n jobs. If you will be coming in summers, even a basement Airbnb will be comfortable and cheaper for short stay.

If I came as student visa can I come with my husband and two children’s and what if the immigration ask anything about them that they will fly back or staying with me please either reply or make a video regarding this matter I request
When one person comes on study visa, their spouse can apply for an open work permit. And even dependent children can come with you. You need to apply for their paperwork when you apply for your study visa. Your husband can come and even stay here and even work a job for any company, as long as proper paperwork is completed for open work permit for him.

Yes, and now a days due to low demand cz of Covid, rental prices have actually dropped at many locations by even approx. 200$ to 250$ for similar property ☺️
