  • Toro Timemaster 2019. This is my timemaster review. The toro timemaster 30 walk mkower has a 30 inch cut. the timemaster also has a 223cc engine. The timemaster lawnmower is one of the most popular homeowner mowers on the market today. Its loaded with features, making it easy to operate. One of the main features is the personal pace self propel system. I purchased my new toro timemaster 2019 at Smith Turf and Irrigation. Great guys with excellent service. Look them up to see if theres a location near you. I will definitely be going back to STI Turfcare. Back to the timemaster. The topro timemaster 21199 does not come with electric start. It does, however, have a blade stop system, allowing you to stop the blades without shutting off the motor. The handle also has multiple height adjustments, making it fit better for people of all shapes and sizes. There's are only two levers to adjust height of cut vs. 4 with other mowers. One for the front, and one for the back wheels. The timemaster 30 inch mower has three different ways to dispose of your clippings. You can side discharge, bag, or mulch. I recommend mulching. It ouits all the nutrients from that cut grass blade back into the soil. Full review will be in two week or so, once things start perking up a bit!

    I sold my Craftsman rider and purchased one about a month ago. It cut 5000 sg/ft in about an hour and a half. This is by far the best machine I've ever owned. I had a little issue with the grass side discharge but worked it out. If you're in the market, get one.

    Awesome video bro! You’ll love the 30” mower, I’ve ran two over the years and currently run the Exmark Commercial 30” with the same striping bar. Look forward to seeing updates as the season goes on. I’m sorry my channel is dormant, but’s it’s been pretty rough here in the North. I got a striping bar from my 21” Honda from Big League from Santa, goal once it gets warmer is to get that mounted and do a 2019 equipment video. Anyhow, great video and I look forward to lawncare in 2019!

    Great machine. I use all the features. No need to roll on its side and stress the wheels for wash, raise the front instead. By the way the blades stay sharp three times longer than a regular Toro!

    • @RVALawnLove
      @RVALawnLove  5 ปีที่แล้ว

      I find I have to sharpen after two mows. It cuts the fescue much cleaner than the bluegrass in my yard I have noticed. If it was all fescue, which is what I have cut my whole life, I believe I wouldn’t have to sharpen as often.

    After a long arduous research about this mower, I finally pulled the trigger and purchased one. I put it to the test today, and I was pretty impressed with some of the features. Two negative thus far: gas tank capacity and cut quality. Other then that, so far so good. Is it me but the engine manufacturer has finally added an oil drain plug on the 2019 version?

      I'm SURE it's a WONDERFUL mower, but if I ever told my Missus I was going to spend that much on a lawnmower, I'd probably be staring at the business end of my own shotgun with her finger on the trigger. Moving from a 1/7th acre property (that’s right) to 3/4 acre. Have a good running JD 21” self-driven but I’m not mowing 3/4 acre with a 21” deck. One of these or would you bite the bullet and get a 42” lawn tractor? Yard is pretty flat and rectangular, very few trees.

    • @RVALawnLove
      @RVALawnLove  5 ปีที่แล้ว +1

      I guess that depends on how much you like to be in the lawn! This will cut your time down by about 40 %. The 42 would cut it in half. Hope that helps, and thanks for watching

    I bought one in 2015 and exchanged it to Home Depot within the 30 store warranty period due to a loose or damaged spindle after using it on flat, smooth lawns. The replacement I returned after a couple of weeks. It will not mulch wet grass and in Louisiana we have tropical weather with lots of afternoon thunderstorms in the summer. If you’re on a schedule, there is no way to avoid cutting wet grass. Bagging it didn’t work well as the wet grass is heavy and caused a weight imbalance that lifted the front wheels causing an uneven cut. Even brand new the mower left “stragglers” - random uncut blades of grass. I attributed this to the 190cc engine being undersized to both power 2 blades for 30” of cutting area and propelling a heavy mower. I’d love to have another one if the 223cc motor makes enough difference in performance. Would really appreciate a follow up video after you’ve given it a real world test. Thanks!
