I want to thank Dennis and the entire team for hanging out with us at the Alvarado American Legion that day. The guys were very gracious and friendly, I personally really enjoyed the time we were able to spend with y’all. Those cars have special meaning to this Post and we are excited to see how they turn out!! Dennis, thanks for your support of our Legion family, come back any time.
Thank you, @postcommander426. And thank you to all the Veterans out there! Digging that 426 handle. I’m picturing that GTX all fixed up with a 426…Oh yeah. A guy can dream. 🍻
I loved watching their visit to the Alvarado American Legion. The food looked great and I enjoyed watching the fun and friendly interactions with the local people there. Reminded me of dinners at the church hall where I'm from, a nice friendly atmosphere.
That was awesome im sure he tipped and paid well im a Veteran and I appreciate and respect anyone that supports us thank you from Pennsylvania Dennis Collins
Thank you for your service! I live in Leesville, Louisiana, which is the hometown for Ft. Polk/Johnson, and I try to tell all of the soldiers that I come across the same. It takes a special type of person to volunteer for service in the times of today's world! So again, Thank You and if you're a Vietnam Vet, WELCOME HOME!!
As a Retired Army Veteran and 45 year Legion member, this was one of you and your teams best videos. I watch every week. Typical Legion and Texas hospitality, you will find most if not all veteran clubs very welcoming like this Legion. Hope you make it back for the rest of those vehicles.
@jyost793, Thank you for your lifetime of service. This episode was great. Awesome cars. Wonder people at the AL. Oh those sweet ladies reminded me of my Mom and Aunts…😢 I’m looking forward to another summer of cruise nights at our local post here in WNY. Well, if I can get the old C5 to cooperate this year. 🍻
As a Disabled Vet, I truly appreciate it when others show their appreciation for the Veteran community (and mean it, they walk the walk). I wish I could afford one of Dennis' Jeep CJ's..... but my Cherokee will have to do.
Great episode Mr. Collins, and crew. One of my all time favorites. Love the lady at the Legion. Such a sweetheart and their hospitality second to none. Our veterans are deserving of our honor and respect.
The "Boss" in most situations are the example the employees tend to follow. Dennis is such a decent human being and is an incredible role model to his whole team. Remember that if you are a Manager of employees .... be the role model! 😊
Our VFW here in the high desert of Mojave at Phelan California . Has a great dinner every Friday night that is open to everyone. Please support your local with your business. Tonight's dinner is BBQ Chicken or Ribeye steak, $15-25, and great company. 👍 GOD BLESS AMERICA 🇺🇸
I would lobe to go to.my local VFW and eat they offer awesome food but it's indoor smoking an them ole vets burn them grits like there free . It's to much to even walk in .
The ladies at the legion were so typical of the association. Super sweet and great place to be. Please support these events. Probably your cheapest night out with best company and real friendship.
Dennis and the Coffee Walk Crew. Buying Mopars, Eating and having Fun! I was brought up around the Veterans and The American Legion. What great people with hospitality. Another Great Coffee Walk Episode. Shawn.
I grew up at my local legion post and when I retired from the air force It took me a long time to transition to civilian life and during that transition I practically lived at my local legion post and during that time I fixed a bunch of things and renovated the post.
Great rescue👍 Best part, lunch at the VFW🇺🇸 To all veterans. Thank You for your service and sacrifice for our nation. "I pledge allegiance to the Flag 🇺🇸 of the United States of America, and to the Republic for which it stands, one Nation under God ✝️, indivisible, with liberty and justice for all," 🇺🇸
For future knowledge, the DANA 60 was ONLY available in 440 or Hemi cars from 1966 to 1972, standard equipment on 4 speed cars but optional on automatic trans cars. Great episode !!
Mopar time!! Great show and Dennis, and those guys are the best! Thanks for taking the time to spend with the Veterans! USA! The emblem was only on the passenger side car because that's the side of the sidewalk.
Love this episode and the food looked so good and it is for an awesome cause. Thank you Denis for supporting our vets. Take care everyone and God bless you all.
Y'all know cars a whole lot better than chain saws. James knows what's up, bringing the PERFECT saw for clearing a path through three inch limbs. You don't hunt quail with double ought shot!
OHH it does my heart good to see great old neglected cars get rescued and given a chance, but those Mopars take it to another level. God Bless, and I mean it, you are doing the Lord's work. I wish you great health for many years to come, and great profits so that you can continue helping great cars. Much respect.
Look like good ole American people there. Making good ole American food. God you just have to love my country. I'm proud to be American. Thank you to our veterans.
Great find! Especially the American Legion Post Alvarez, Texas!!!! If I am ever near there I will be there. God bless our veterans everywhere! Support your local American Legion and VFW!

What great day. Dennis, you and the guys are joy to watch. To the vetrans, respect from Australia from a family with two sons who have served, and now with two grandsons in the Australian Defence Force🦘🦘🦘
Best eating episode ever. Supporting our Veterans and these are some of the most salt of the earth people you will ever meet! We must always support our veterans.
Watched it for the cars but the trip to the American Legion melted my heart! You guys always manage to add that something extra that just highlights the incredible character that keeps me waiting for the next video! such a great TH-cam channel! Keep up the great work! And thanks!
OUTSTANDING !!! I LOVE our American Legions !! When we cook, we do a real throw down !! Excellent FOOD !!! Outstanding people !! Great Camaraderie !! HooAH !!!
22:00 this is actually such a great part of the show when Dennis and the Team meet the locals. Love the cars don't get me wrong but the "eat & greet" is pretty cool! 👌
Outstanding, Dennis and crew, y'all rock! Love all the support of the veterans, y'all showed. Thanks to all the veterans watching for y'alls service. Loved the Mopars. Peace
The support you Americans show to you veterans is amazing ….. I’d like to think that us in the UK show as much love but sadly not … PLEASE “ Make GB great again “
The best part of this video (only my opinion) was the '68 Charger.....because it was Green like my father's new '68 (but his had the green vinyl top....383 Auto on column armrest between buckets) which came with stock hubcaps but fitted with Chrome slotted mags (that also adorned the other three green cars that followed, he always saved the original wheels to put back on at trade in time)......AND for the wonderful hospitality of the Vet(s) and ladies of the American Legion....man did they have a group to deal with! LOL
Always here for the cars but the visit to the Legion was the best! What wonderful people, their amazement when Dennis said what we all already knew, one of everything was just for him! Lovely lovely people❤️
That's awesome Dennis and crew . Here in Southern California in the city of COLTON . ON TUESDAYS THE VFW has a cruise nights all classic lowrider cars get together and support the VETERANS. THEY CALL IT TACO TUESDAYS 🌮 😋
In Tulsa we Support our Veterans by eating at the VFW #577 Post....every Saturday they have a breakfast buffet + lunch buffets on Wednesdays & Thursdays....Support Your Veterans....great show guys !!!
Thank you for supporting our veterans!! This episode made me appreciate what you do even more!!! It’s sad how our homeless and disabled vets are forgotten while experiencing everything else that is happening in this country!!!
Absolutely Outstanding!! Great video of some great Mopars being rescued but the enjoyment you and team had with the vets is the best. As a Navy vet it was my honor to serve our Constitutional Republic where we are free to do exactly what we all do to work, play and worship our Creator. Thanks for sharing this and supporting our vets.
What a lunch! The best place yet! Thank you for supporting this great nation's military. Not only did you make those sweet ladies' day, but you made this old veteran's day as well.
My favorite is the GTX - outstanding find. Also, the truck with three motors is desirable in the northern states Dennis. Hopefully you worked a deal for it and the motors. Thanks for taking us along for another great episode. You and the team have a blessed week 🙏
I know I'm late to the table watching this video, but speaking of the table it is awesome to see you all supporting our veterans in this way. I wish you would do it more often in different towns that you go to
Dennis always buying lunch !! Exactly how it should be. Always bought my guys lunch, when we all worked together!! Helps with overall moral imo !! 🇺🇸🏁🇺🇸
Absolutely its the little things that count. I managed a group of service technicians for years and we held annual meetings. In the later years the company got so ridiculous about expenses it truly was sad. I told my wife every meeting I would have 500 bucks worth of expenses I would not get reimbursed for. Each day always bought the first round at the bar for the guys. They never knew it was out of my pocket but there efforts made my job a whole lot easier. 😊 treat your employees properly and they will repay you 100 times over ..... generally speaking.
The car find was great BUT the over the top find with some of the best people at the American Legion taking care of your dinner. Just great people taking care of great people.

Looks like a very active Legion!
My goodness you guys can eat!!!
Thank you, @postcommander426. And thank you to all the Veterans out there! Digging that 426 handle. I’m picturing that GTX all fixed up with a 426…Oh yeah. A guy can dream. 🍻
the sad truth is he will not bring these cars back to life he will just let em set untill someone else buys em from him
I loved watching their visit to the Alvarado American Legion. The food looked great and I enjoyed watching the fun and friendly interactions with the local people there. Reminded me of dinners at the church hall where I'm from, a nice friendly atmosphere.

Dinner with the veterans...don't get no better than that. Talk about awesome people.
And the Mopar's weren't bad either.
EXCELLENT EXCELLENT EPISODE.
Great episode Mr. Collins, and crew. One of my all time favorites. Love the lady at the Legion. Such a sweetheart and their hospitality second to none. Our veterans are deserving of our honor and respect.
As a Canadian what really hits home is how polite and respectful y'all are down there. Never change your Texas charm!! ❤

*As long as you’re a white southerner.
OUTSTANDING!! Support our veterans......
I love those old hens. It reminds me of a catholic fish fry by K of C.
Every day, all day long.
LUV the legion 👍
That chain saw is actually nice. Shawn flooded the crap out of it
Perfect for what they where doing. A climbing saw it light and powerful. The last thing you want to do is be limbing with a heavy saw above your head.
It was absolutely the chainsaw that I would grab for limbing. Dennis needs to apologize to James! Lol
Top of the line saw and perfect for most jobs
@@erincoy3690 especially when he wasn't going to be the one cutting the limbs anyway.
Perfect chain saw, a 12 inch can cut up to 24 inches.
Those ladies are adorable! I love that part of the video, my dad was Canadian Korean War vet, served with Americans , New Zealanders, and Aussies.
Our VFW here in the high desert of Mojave at Phelan California . Has a great dinner every Friday night that is open to everyone. Please support your local with your business. Tonight's dinner is BBQ Chicken or Ribeye steak, $15-25, and great company. 👍

@rockkhound943 that would be hard to handle, I quit smoking 30 years ago.
Question, where do they allow indoor smoking 🚬?
