    Man... that grommet where the rigging tube goes to the motor is the worst!!! I had to mess with mine when I added the water pressure gauge hose. Glad I am not the only one that was cussing that part out!! LOL!! Post a video of her running if you get a chance!

    İsolating rubber separating cables because of vibration may have cause the punctuation on cables and hoses. Junction is whole wire and hose get together at that point, it a clever think that separates everything. And also water can get that place when quick slowdown.

    All your complaining about the rigging boot and Suzuki already makes an open boot but can only use it with a hard rigging tube. Part number 67300-93J00. You can also use soapy water in the one you have to make it a million times easier as everything will slide into place

    This is such an esoteric request that I'm almost not sure if I ask. I get that the DF250SS is the most popular zuke on bass boats. But I and a handful of others run the DF200SS. Unfortunately it's not really geared towards bass boats with the 2.50:1 gear ratio. I know the 2020 models have the updated 2.00:1 ratio. If you guys do ANY testing or info vids on that, I know we'd greatly appreciate. There's just no info on it in the interwebs and dealers are either reluctant to give or have no idea of any performance data

    I just saw your video and recommendation on changing out the intake screens. They are currently installing 250 SS on my 22 Majek M2 Illusion and I run skinny in the bays in Texas. I am calling the dealer now to have those screens replaced with the offshore screens. Does this void warranty? Thanks for the info!

    • @percussion44
      @percussion44 3 ปีที่แล้ว

      Of course it voids warranty. Anything, absolutely anything you do voids warranty, even if completely unrelated; The oil injection tank splits and fills the cowl with oil, catches on fire. Sorry you changed intake screens no warranty. Manufacturers are not good faith players.

    Yeah, Yamaha (at least HPDI models) have that same rubber piece to keep the wires/cables/hoses separate... it SUCKS!!… I took a razor blade to mine and cut out most of the flaps in there and boy, did it make it MUCH easier... I'm currently shopping for a DF250SS Matte Black for my 06 Skeeter 20i... it's between that or the new Merc, but see so many GREAT things about the Suzuki. I'm looking for long term reliability... I WISH I lived closer to you fellas... I'd work with you FOR SURE!! Being in Cali, pricing is super high.. I'm driving out of state to have one installed in the next month if all goes as planned. You think a 29P 4 blade Suzuki prop is going to be a good prop for the 20i? it's 1850 lbs dry... 12" manual JP. I'm a newer view/subscriber to your channel and enjoy the vids for sure. EXCELLENT tip on the lower intake screens... I run the CA Delta that's loaded with weeds... I will be swapping out screens FOR SURE!!

    • @TeamMarineService
      @TeamMarineService  4 ปีที่แล้ว

      Awesome! Thank you so much for your support and if it's between a Merc and a 250SS you know what we'd go with! 👍🏻 That 29p 4 blade will work well for you! Let us know what you end up going with and how it performs for ya.
