I totally agree with the judge. I wish all trials were handled this efficiently. It was quick, swift, and to the point. No delay in sentencing. I wish it went this way for Lori Vallow and Chad Daybell.

I'm absolutely flabbergasted they got this done so soon. I do not live very far from where this happened. And I can tell you that South Carolina does not usually get on a case this quick and get it tried. Unfortunately the way my state runs they will let it linger for years unless it hits the national spotlight. Just like the Todd Kolhep killings, the only reason he's already been sentenced is because it made national news. There are people still sitting in county jails all over this state waiting for their trials. I do believe the last time I was told the South Carolina court system is backed up about 4 years and this was before the covid. But I totally agree with the judge on this one and I agree with you.

I worked at two different state prisons. They are put in a small, shoe box of a cell, usually with another criminal. You can be locked down for weeks for any reason. A fight in your building can get locked down even if you were not involved. Eventually all your family dies and you have no letters or visitors. Sometimes, the guards are really mean. You are in danger all the time because people are killed frequently by other prisoners. The medical care you get is awful a lot of the time. The food is not food! It is garbage.
Have fun Mr. Murderer of innocent people. Your family are glad you are gone. Citizens of your city are glad you are gone. You deserve every bit of it.

@@BellaLeoLicorice If you believed what the judge said about the defendants he had then they are. Remember were not talking about a large portion of the population.and I'm saying that the defendants he mentioned that couldn't recall their crimes are. Why is that so hard to believe. Schizophrenia literally means people that have split minds. They can't relate to things at the same level as normal people. That's why its hard to fathom the reasons they commit those types of crime. It does seem pretty common place now days because its happening more frequently but the end result is they are. I have done extensive work on them, over 28 years. Let's just say for the sake of argument that not all schizophrenics murder but the ones that do are.

Judge said everything perfect. I feel like he really has some type of type of psychological Disconnect in his head. I don't even think he understands how emotionless he is and it takes him a long time to talk. Definitely some head space.

Any true innocent person would be over the top with emotions being accused of murder. This punk couldn't sell water to a whale with that bs. Put him under the prison.

Right, if it wasn’t him…He never questioned blood in his car. He didn’t report it. The defense didn’t bring forth anything worth listening too. They didn’t present any evidence that proved he was not driving that car.

One thing that’s strange is that he had none of her DNA on him and she didn’t have any of his DNA on her even tho she fought her attacker.

His mindset went in to a mode of denial to save his own sanity. He has probably blocked out what actually happened so he won't have to live the rest of his life remembering what he did.
