Nice trays but I do have to say it. Turn your brad nailer 90 degrees from what you're using it. Brad nails have a nasty habit of not shooting exactly straight and when they don't they go left to right so the way you used it in the video you are risking it shooting the nail out the side of your piece and ruining it. To each their own and if you don't do it different, that's up to you, but just thought i'd share my own experience as politely as possible.

What wood is used?
Walnut is the dark wood and birch plywood is used for the bottoms.
