The Lego Ninjago Movie is the most hated Lego movie out of them all, due to it completely ignoring almost everything that the Ninjago TV series built up. The fans didn't enjoy it and found what they made to be disrespectful of what Ninjago is. So myself and @ScaredFaceStudios decided to reanimate an episode of the Ninjago TV series, making it in the style of the Lego movies, to see what the Lego Ninjago Movie could've been if it was authentic to the show. We had so much fun making the animations. So we got @DanielKrafft to decide which one would be a better film for the Ninjago fans.

This is peak animation! Just trying to wrap my head around how much time and effort and computing power this took to make is insane. There's no way you got Daniel Krafft! This is insane. Love both the animations. It just shows (especially in the second one) that you can still get the emotion and point across through the animation without "bending" the joints. Absolutely love it

Your animation has to be one of the best CGI animated Brickfilms I'VE EVER SEEN! I've always wanted to know how Ninjago: Masters Of Spinjitzu would've looked like if it was brickbuilt. You completely captured the aesthetic of the "Final Battle" episodes, haven't seen the season in a long time, but the visual of the ninja's suit colors and elements shining on an extremely dark sky is my biggest memory of the season finale, something that Season 15 "Crystalized" aesthetically failed at when doing the real Final Battle against the Overlord. The Spinjitzu animation complements that idea, the energy shines in the dark like gold, we also see Sensei Wu, Misako and Dr. Julien on the Ultradragon and that legendary scene where Dareth wears the Stone Army's helmet, this is pure nostalgia! Thank you so much for making this animation, it absolutely fills me with joy.

As an old fan of the show, I have been waiting for someone to create a faithful adaptation of Ninjago in the style of the Lego Movie for the longest time. You totally killed it with the spinjitzu! That's some professional quality and respect for the source material right there!

Gah that looked so incredibly smooth and fluent!!! The animation is literally godly dude I loved them both and I loved the spinjitzu affect I wish that could be achieved in Lego stop motion animation because I would use that every time! Once again great work can’t wait to see what’s next!

The first one won. Only thing that took away for me was the lack of background elements (making it feel super enclosed in some shots) and the distracting amount of glow. Good job for both.

However, the Dareth parts was AWESOME, especially with the Helmet of Shadows, and your solution for Spinjitzu could not have been done better.

It's not cancelled, the main current show just ended with a new one next year
This video came in in my recommended several times but I always ignored it because I thought it would just be a 9 minute long talking video but then I saw your side by side comparison in TH-cam shorts so I knew I just had to watch the full thing and my thoughts are this is incredible and I am so happy that this exists

I love how you did the characters and really enjoyed how you animated characters who had two different designs in the movie and show, like Misako and Nya!
This was absolutely spectacular. The tornado design was really unique and I liked it a lot. The movie hoods on the kimonos was a clever design too.

I love ninjago and when I heard they were gonna make a movie I was excited me and my friends went to see it because we were all obsessed with ninjago and we were not disappointed I still love the movie for what they did at the time.
I love ninjago and as a long time fan of the series seeing this really brought back memories

I think making a Ninjago Movie with unrelated canon is fine, as long as it still keeps the spirit of the original series. Kinda like the Sonic movies. But the actual Ninjago Movie had none of that, almost like it was embarrassed to respect what came before. But yeah, this paints a great picture of what could've been

Citrine EPIC WORK! those spinjitzu tornadoes were very well crafted as and those lens flares really gave it an extra kick. Also this video itself is just so unique!

The first animation reminded me of a Lego ninjago movie graphic right from there, and your channel is cool. Give you in the development of the knal :).
Great work on this man! Same with Scared face, Honestly though I really wish they went with the original concepts of the movie like the time travel and etc, besides it would make more sense since we see a human garmadon (before he was possessed) instead of just straight up Lord Garmadon who was just born with 4 arms the entire time and etc. Idek, I know the LEGO movie universe isn't all about the seriousness and being logical since its world of talking and living plastic blocks but some bit of moments where It shows that strain of seriousness in certain plot points would also balance it out and sweeten it up a bit. I also really didn't like how there was a cat in the movie, like dude I get its imagination but it should stay in its own barrier and not break any walls. At least, the first lego movie did a good job when it came to reality like the father and son moments.
