I actually made a character who is Lloyd’s brother. So I used a few things. 1. I used the Lloyd head. 2. Then I grabbed the ninjdroid mask. 3. Took Kylo Ren’s pants, torso, and cape. 4. Then a grey armor piece. 5. Then I used an alternative head for the mask on which was Kai’s dragon mode and it looks great.
Nya and Jay are definitely the best looking ones. Though, I'd recommend changing the hands of Jay to have one white hand (on the right), and one black hand (on the left), instead of keeping the red hands from Kai. But still love that minifigure

E we could say kai is the descendant of the warlord of the mask of vengeance

Some of my ideas of the best “What If” of ninjas as villains: Kai, Chen's successor (Kai stealing all elemental powers, and killing Lloyd, then betraying Chen) Zane possessed by the OVERLORD (After Zane's "first death", Pixal, trying to regain Zane's consciousness, was infected by the OVERLORD digital virus) Ghost Cole (Instead of becoming human again with the help of Sensei Yang, Cole would become a faceless ghost, who would have been forgotten by everyone as if he had never existed) Pirate Jay (Jay fails to save Nya from Nadakhan, and Nadakhan manages to capture all the ninjas, Jay manages to “kill” Nadakhan, but in his “fury” he ends up wasting his last wish, trying to “humiliate” Nadakhan, or Nadakhan simply dies before he can even make his wish, leaving his friends trapped in Nadakhan's sword, and Nya dead. Lord Wu, (I'm not going to take the easy way out, and simply say that "Wu was bitten by the great devourer", in this what if, Garmadon would not help Wu against Aspheera, and Wu would be captured by the serpentine, until Garmadon would confess what Wu did, and FSM would save him, from this the relationship between Wu and his father would be more distant, while Garmadon would manage to "correct himself" and prolong the effect of the great devourer's poison, However, Wu's resentment would grow more and more against Garmadon, to the point of hatred, seeing how Misako chose Garmadon, and not him, perhaps even Chen could have manipulated Wu at some point, along with the pressure of wars, however the critical point would be after the fall of Moro, where he would make Wu go out of control, wanting to create a new "perfect" world with the golden weapons, where Garmadon would manage to defeat him, however Wu would escape and plan his revenge with the help of the serpentine or the skeletons)

Third option would be simply Morro taking over Lloyd's body just like in possession XD The fourth option would be the “Oni Trilogy” arc, this could be for multiple reasons, first with Harumi's betrayal, the resurrection of “Garmadon”, in his “evil” version, his loss of powers, the “death”. ” from his friends and Sensei Wu One of those possibilities would be that he would end up being corrupted by his Oni side, or by the Oni masks, or seeing how there was always an evil force that sought to destroy or conquer Ninjago, he would decide to become an “Emperor” just like his father, awakening. its darkest side.

I personally love this video, but I'd love it if you made an episode 2, but cross over into other franchises For example, zane corrupted by glitchtrap from fnaf It allows for so much more creativity (despite obviously not being needed lol)
