    Any tips for bulking?

      slowly try to incorporate more energy dense and protein-packed snacks into your day and add extra little things into your meals! smoothies are a great way to get in some extra calories! some good things to add to meals are extra carbs (pasta, rice, oats, etc.) and healthy fats (olive/canola oil, nut butters, avocado, etc.). enjoy everything in moderation, but try to eat a bit more than you are used to!
