@Edward Baulch What do you mean? Kangaskhan's only weakness is ghost, which it also hits super effectively wit body slam. Ghost is also a fairly weak type offensively, and unless you use like an EV trained Gengar (or play on normal or some shit), it's going to outspeed and most likely oneshot every single one of your ghost types. I should know, I've used delta Ambipom in two of my playthoughs, and in the one where i didnt ev train or sr for jolly, i lost to it. Normal also has no resistances in inverse, which makes it the perfect Inverse mega.

I feel like if you’re well aquatinted with the type matchups, then you can pull out a victory more often then not.
Edward Baulch Mega Kangaskhan barely changes due to Inverse except now she’s super effective against rock and steel, weak to ghost and strong against fighting. She improved and thats scary.
@@onihunter93 you can’t call the game easy if you don’t play on hard. And you can’t overlevel on hard. There is a level cap, so charizard, regardless of mega or delta, physically cannot outspeed her Kangaskhan. And it dies to fake out+body slam.

They don’t die, they just get banished to the Distortion world for all eternity with absolutely no chance of ever escaping/fixing their world now Which is worse
That. Fucking. Kangaskhan. I hated fighting that Mega before, but Inverse battles make it even worse. Unresisted normal-type STAB? Double-hitting Seismic Toss that works on Ghosts? This is the hardest fight I've faced so far in this game, not even the E4 or Reukra had Pokemon THIS OP.
I understand the type relations well too. But the normal-type is OP in inverse battles. And Mega Kangaskhan is always OP. Combine the two and, well, Nyx's Mega Kangaskhan can sweep a team on its own. None of Nyx's other Pokemon were a threat, it was ALL the Kangaskhan.
Huh, I don't really remember what I did to the Kangaskhan. Probably nuked it with Mega Delta Zard before it got a chance to attack. My worst enemy in the game were the weather-related E4 members. Took me forever to beat them...

Honestly Insurgence isn't amazingly hard, just know your type match-ups and be able to put together a decent team. I'm currently doing every single monotype of Insurgence on Hard Mode and Bug and Dragon didn't take me longer than 3 days each. It's not even that heavily RNG related. Just knowing the AI and how they work. A bit of experimenting and it's easily done.

Considering I had no good Ghost type moves during this fight, and I picked Blastoise as my starter, Kangaskan absolutely clapped me with sucker punch (my only decent Ghost move was Shadow Sneak and my Blastoise runs a special set)
Shoulda gone with Eevee
@@robhob5726 but consider ninja turtles
Nyx was hard to beat because of her inverted rules
And here I am thinking I’ll never feel bad for beating a villain. #BestGirlNyx

The reverse type effectiveness were a pain during the battle
Best one
Angel Lucas Nah fam, I prefer Fated Cataclysm.
To show you the power of the Distortion World, I flipped the type chart upside down and inverted all resistances and strengths!
so groovy, just love her them, but I got to hear it a LOT
i honestly feel sorry for nyx.... and her people.... and giratina
THAT FUCKING MEGA KANGHASKAN
That shit absolutely destroyed me a few times.
Why aren't any of the popular comments about the damn guitar? Easily some of the best parts. Like for real. I can just close my eyes and imagine the epic battle, haha!
Damnit Arceus, you had one job and that was NOT TO FIGHT GIRATINA
Lol
Sounds like deoxys is trying to sing at 0:24
what
1:26 Go hypno dancer !
I love Nyx shes got a cool motive still murder
I love how the start of the song witht he guitars sounds a bit like Crash bandicoot music
The opposite type matchups mechanic was a pain in the derriere.
mega kangaskhan moment
the bassline starting at 0:27 is where its at
I'm not really sure why Nyx dies after you defeat her but this theme is still great regardless. It's also sad because even though Nyx is terrible for creating the cults you can tell she just wanted the best for her people, and you're forced to take that away from her to save your own world.
They don’t die, they just get banished to the Distortion world for all eternity with absolutely no chance of ever escaping/fixing their world now
Which is worse
This theme really suits Obake.
Obake is from Big Hero 6 the series
That. Fucking.
Milesprower the Brony for the first time in that game I had to switch to easy mode bs mega my Delta Charizard was blown away
Ren The WhiteDragon I didn't switch to easy, I just spammed items like never before. I've never used x-items before this fight.
I know the type relations so well I kinda just played bss aackwards.
"The arcana is the means by which all is revealed..." oops wrong Nyx
1.25x some battles need to be as intense as it sounds in that playback speed
I reset on this 5 times cause omnitype giratina was a pain for me. shout out to inverse type fight. pain
I love the theme hate the battle, Lost to her multiple times xD
Fucking Protean Greninja.
Doesn't the HG/SS Arceus Event make this story kinda moot?
Not really.
Nyx isn't evil but her kangaskhan is I mean srsly I had to use a choice scarf haxorus with guillotine to defeat it and I got so lucky it hit first time
Also I will never understand how the types aren't inversed in the giratina fight LITERALLY 5 METRES AWAY
someone has to do a geometry dash level on this
Gava il Rosso no.
IKR
no
YES
Gava il Rosso yes
Only unfortunate thing is that they did not build her ai around the mechanic
Isn't The Forgotten One Nyx?
Yes
Elijah Engelson idk I forgot
now you just wait a fucking minute
literally my only compliants with insurgence ost is that town themes don't loop properly, most legendaries get the normal battle theme and not their own which is odd, and most town themes are reused and kinda meh.
nice
i'm gonna fail when I reach her in my Hard Randomizer
F a nuzlocke with this
the fogor once*
this fight and the Primal Giratina fight completely confused me
o.o i thought this was damian's theme lol
Inverse type weaknesses, those who battle her for the first time ...RIP
Nyx sent Aurorus
Lucario use close combat
It's not very effective...
Aurorus use blizzard
It's super effective
Lucario faint...
Volcarona really saved me this battle was a mess
Oh ur 2020 well lockdown

Best girl Nyx or Audrey?
audrey
#Bestgirlaudreyforlife
Both
Nyx's theme is awesome but #Best Girl Audrey
Cool character, nice battle gimmick. Really a shame that Mega Milotic and Delta Snorlax completely butcher her entire team though.
Wow this is the type of music I've been looking for! Could I use this for a project of mine please? I'll link this video and credit ya.
it isnt his song tho... and besides, i think you could use the song tho

Swept Nyx with CalmMind/StoredPower Mega Gardevoir.

What fucking game is this i must know
Pokemon insurgence, probably the best pokemon fan game. (Story is a little edgy at times, but overall pretty good, gameplay is excellent especially on harder difficulties.)
I thanketh thee
@@BirdMoosea little is an understatement it’s absurdly edgy
