The higher wattage will just heat your water bath faster and return to temp quicker when you put something in or top it up due to evaporation. Just buy what you're prepared to spend ken, you won't be disappointed. I love my sous vide and you will too.

It's faulty science that has been discredited. More people need to know this because eggs are one of the best nutrient sources!! EAT MORE EGGS PEOPLE

Guga: Now we are gonna make a simple sauce. You just need some ketchup , Dijon mustard some unicorn breath and to finish it up you just need like 20lbs of butter.
Emu eggs are really good to turn into an omelet or scrambled eggs cooked on the fire while camping 2 eggs and you've made enough food for 4-6 people depending on how hungry everyone is and they taste similar to a normal chicken egg but are richer and creamier

Hey Guga, did you know that because egg shells are porous, that you can put herbs into the water and it will eventually infuse into the egg? You might be able to flavour the emu egg with something to enhance it? The same may also be true in reverse, using salt to dry-age/remove water content, then rehydration with seasoned water?
Considering the Greek letter M when anglicised as Mu is pronounced "mmmyou" adding the "e" sound on the front seems like a rather logical way to pronounce it.
Imagine if they were 'Food Wars' characters and they tried the steak with the egg yolk, all their clothes would have left the stratosphere from that reaction xD

They are quite big. We got them in Sweden. Can get them as novelty things from many animal conservation places.
