- After so many request of making a chicken wellington I went to work and tried to make the best chicken wellington in the planet. This is the journey I took and you can see the results in the end. The most important thing was to make it taste amazing! I also took the chance and made a keto chicken wellington as I know we are in the diet season.

1/2 cup Balsamic Vinegar or Other Vinegar
1/4 cup Soy sauce
1/4 cup Worcestershire Sauce
1/8 cup Lemon Juice

2 tsp Rosemary
2 tbsp Dijon or Spicy Brown Mustard
2 tsp Salt
1 tsp Black Pepper

Cool that you made a keto version! :) Recommendation/suggestion: Mix powdered parmegiano with the almond flour to get a better and thicker crust, with the added bonus of cheesy umami flavor. This is what I do for keto fried chicken. You get a really crunchy and flavorful crust. It's absolutely delicious. :)
I just lovehow guga doesn't let anything go to waste, the best mix of old and new school.

Guga is truly amazing, so much better then TV cooking shows, he actualy guides you to on how to treat your ingredients properly

Eat vegetables, fruits and lean protein every day (moderate carbs) and from time to time eat whatever You want not everyday just from time to time and You will look good and feel good and be healthy.

Hey Guga, how do you save the juices? I assume you keep each juices separate (pork, chicken, beef)? Also, do you freeze them or just fridge?

I made a trip to China in 2017 December time, obviously I have had beef Wellington a few times over the years. Anyways in China I had a lovely and succulent Pitbull wellington.

When you sliced both of the Wellingtons I could immediately tell that the puff pastry held the most amount of liquid from the chicken than the almond flour. My guess is that the almond flour wasn't thick enough to prevent the liquids from escaping.
