Im currently 1 week into working out an hour every day. Switching between the gym an outdoors. Im 300 pounds. But believe it or not im already feeling the effects in a positive way. I dont see a difference yet of course but i fee it.
Thanks brother, I have been uploading 💪🏼 I just think TH-cam has not been pushing it out much to subscribers that last several videos…crazy. Congrats on the weight loss!!💪🏼💪🏼
Thanks. I’ve dropped 66lbs over the last six ish months. Consistency and the time is the key! I agree with that!. I ran my longest run of 9 miles today at 1240 pace on my way to a half marathon next Monty’s. I’m still 16 lbs over weight. My issue is if I want to try and loose the rest prior to the marathon or try and continue to loose weight wich I hear isn’t good during marathon training.
Outstanding, congratulations! I found losing that last 15 or so pounds took a lot more high intensity, workouts, and cross training. As long as you’re fueling enough, there shouldn’t be any issue with continuing to do what you’re doing and if you lose weight, that wouldn’t hurt you, in my experience it helps to be lighter and running lol.

Ha. I'm a runner and I'm still the guy folk stop and say "you run?" On the trail it's, "did you run the whole way up the mountain?" to which I reply, "I'll be alot faster on the way back down."
It’s hard running while heavy! 260 pounds puts a load on the knees haha I guess the plus side, once I’m finally down to my goal weight I’ll have some strong ass legs from running the whole way through it
